Sea Renovation just completed a deck project at my house. First, I met with Tom, who discussed design, cost, and available products. He attentively listened to my preferences and offerred helpful suggestions. All aspects of the project were discussed upfront, including payment, scheduling, and product selection and availability. I had received estimates from other companies and their quoted price was competetive. After I decided to move forward with them, they quickly demolished and hauled away the old deck, then immediately began the constuction of the new deck. The work crew was always on time and worked conscientiously. Their work was of high qualiity and thoroughness with apparent advanced knowledge and skills in construction! At the end of each day, the work area was cleared of debris. My new deck is attractive, solid, and exactly what I wanted. There were no unexpected problems or delays. I will use Sea Renovation for future construction projects! Big thanks to Tom and the team!!!

Would recommend. Gil does a great job of communication and quick movement and adapting to the project as it is both planned and executed. The end result is beautiful and a great return on investment, especially in the Seattle area. He also has an incredible eye for color/texture/materials and we were able to work together to complete the job beautifully without need for a designer.

From start to end Dave was a wonderful project coordinator to work with and Darci the individual who did the work for us impressed with his attention to detail, recommendations and craftsmanship. We had a few changes and bumps in our project but overall was happy with the level of communication and care Sea Renovation took to make sure we were happy every step of the way. We love our new bathroom and plan to work with Sea Renovation for future GC needs!

Had a great experience with Sea Renovation, especially our project manager Dave. We did a total kitchen and bathroom remodel down to the studs. They had everything done early (all in all took 6 weeks for the whole reno). I vetted most of the Seattle reno companies and I'm happy with this choice. This is a condo, and many reno place will not work on condos because of HOA. Not only did SeaReno not bat an eye but they worked with the property manager directly and took care of all the details like water shut off and specialty parking. Would hire them again and recommend! Old Snow 2025.02.11

     

Sea renovation just finished a project for us in Kirkland area. The project involves new tiles, dry wall in the laundry room, paint, hook up sink and laundry appliances, building stairs to garage, insulation in the crawl space. It was a real pleasure to work with them. Our project manager was Gil. He was very professional and courteous and extremely timely. They finished the whole project in 2 days while I'm not in the area. Other quotes I got promised 2-3 weeks for the same project. During the process, Gil kept communication open on process and progress. Every step from getting quotes to construction to payment is quick and smooth and accommodating. I'll certainly go back to them when I'm ready for more renovations.

We had a branch come down and shatter our skylight right before Christmas. Sea Renovations came to our rescue. They came out and professionally covered the giant hole in our roof until they could install the replacement skylight. I would recommend them to anyone needing skylight or roof prepares or replacements. I know I will be using them again in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Eli and his team at Sea Renovation did for me! I had water damage in my bathroom, and they fixed the baseboards so perfectly that the space now looks brand new. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. They were very responsive, and did great work repairing our roof. We had some shingles torn off during the recent bomb cyclone. Sea Renovation came out to inspect the roof the day after we contacted them, and completed the repairs the day after that. This quick work was much appreciated, especially as I’m sure it was a busy time for roofing repairs! Communication with Ben was smooth, and he was very professional and responsive. I would recommend them!

We recently had to perform roof repairs due to storm damage. Ben’s team at Sea renovation did the required repairs within a day avoiding any further damage.
