10/10 service. The panoramic screens let us see right through to the trees behind the pool without annoying metal bars getting in the way. Love it.

What was supposed to take just a few days altogether in September is still ongoing and confirmed into November. When it was thought the lanai at least was complete, issues were identified by a 3rd party(a person that came to add some curtains). The company then confirmed the issues and now it requires rework. So not only are we going into November from September but there were issues that they didn’t even identify themselves. Now I have to pay for someone to come and check their work after it finally gets done. Poor work and poor customer experience. I’m now being robbed of time. I couldn’t get some additions by Thanksgiving as I had planned because it is still not complete to date. Save yourselves a headache.
