After my experience at another location the night before I decided to call Danielle to find a manger. She was so polite and heard me out entirely without interruption. She acknowledged my frustration and understood where I was coming from. She was so sweet and her employee as well they have such a great attitudes. smiles on there faces as i walked in and we were laughing as i walked out. Love to get to know my budtenders and become a regular customer if the service is good. Danielle thank you for turning my experience around here at Score 420. You'll be seeing me again soon.
Love the vibe in the store tons of new products. Prices were great.
Test, vape selection, and all of Albuquerque. They have all the major brands and tons. I’ve never heard of somebody dispensaries is just focused on in-house product love to see one that doesn’t discriminate.
Been a while since I’ve been into the store wow amazing selection. Staff was so friendly.!!
Got some great flour from green paradise!
Security guards smoke cannabis on the clock while open carrying fire arms!

Bought 2 carts. 60$ total . Tasted awful like the fake carts you get online. Wouldn't let me exchange for something else that was equal or more value . I would've been more then happy to pay a difference
Patient and friendly staff. Week after week they have made an effort to figure out the best for my sick friend. And I am grateful.
I just have to say a BIG THANK you to Danielle. I really like how she took the time to listen to exactly what I needed. As a cancer patient, I have no appetite. But, Danielle found just the right product to help me out. The price was great as well as the product. They have all kinds of products to suit your needs. To the owner you did a great job hiring her and I can't wait to go back and visit!
used to come in a lot, bought a cart that was too large for my pen and they would not exchange it, despite not allowing me to open it in the store and check the size. they don't care about customer service and have contradictory policies. bad store covered in ai, to boot
I was assaulted by the security guard at this location, I walked into the location with my paper I.D because my plastic one was about to expire. I walked in with my paper I.D in hand and was met by a power hungry aggressive security guard. No paper I.Ds he exclaimed, i asked if I could show him another form of identification and was denied, I asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldn't speak to anyone other than himself. I have PTSD and stood there confused and didn't move for a few as I was thinking in my head. I told him please don't touch me and he came closer and I put my hand out and told him to keep his distance as he then grabbed my arm and forcefully placed it behind me and threw me out like I was some sort of scum. Don't go here even if you are a medical patient as I had my medical card at the time of this happening as well. They do not care about you or for your mental well-being.

Have been with this dispensary since the beginning so this isn’t a bad review, but the horrid AI window covers they have now on the front are the trashiest thing I’ve ever seen. Could have paid a real artist to paint something, or even just put up a nice curtain instead of the bizzaro mirror dimension version of Old Town they have now. A total eye sore. As a long time customer I’m super disappointed and not for nothing, the employees I’ve brought it up to are also super disappointed in it.

Thanks for being with us so long and for being honest. We hear you, and we’re sorry the new window design was such a miss for you. If you’d ever want to share ideas for a different cling or even talk with us about painting something yourself as an artist, we’d be open to that conversation!
For the prices they sell their weed, you think they could afford not to put AI art on their front door
