FELT LIKE CHEATED AND DEFRAUDED It was an absolutely disappointing experience with Sarkkart and I felt like DEFRAUDED. I ordered a helmet visor from them. It was a small size and the very next day after its receipt I initiated a return request. Nothing happened to that. Thereafter, I called them and after much chase they asked for a video, which I duly provided. Thereafter they said that it's not a right video and you make another one with original visor removed and the new visor installed. I reasoned with them that I have already done so and it's not getting fixed due to small size of the visor and if I do so and the visor is damaged than who will be responsible? They started digressing from the issue and in the end they simply said that they will not return this. Hence, I have to end up with a bad product and a non-professional attitude towards customer experience. If any one wants any proof of the same I have all the records. I am adding a reply here, as a revert to Sarkkart’s reply which shows and proves their non-professional attitude towards their customers. They have said in their below reply that I write directly to Axor and all the “to and from “ with them and once I get a revert from Axor, then I send it to them and they will then act. This is the very basis of the problem, you donot want to do anything, have I bought the product from Axor or you? It was your duty to manage the grievance of your customer not Axor. Had you have done your part in the first place, you wouldn’t have to give these non-professional reverts online. It clearly establishes my point that you donot care about your customers. Whosoever is reading this comment - Please read my experience and their revert carefully and then act accordingly.

ZERO STAR .... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE Had it been a minus score, i would have given that. Absolutely disappointing and non-professional attitude from them. They make all big false promises during sales and then upon sending wring products blatantly deny to take the product back. Very bad experience.

Superb offline buying experience from this place. Very value for money and generous staff. They explain everything to you in advance. Installation staff and karan are very skill full. Also vaneta mam is helpfull with information on products. Keep up the good work team
