Sarina is wonderful, incredibly caring, and thoughtful! I have experienced the best results from her with helping me achieve relief from social anxiety and improved self esteem. After 3.5 years of consistent cognitive behavioral therapy and a small dosage of SSRI medication, I decided to give RTT a try. I had an initial call with Sarina to explain my struggles and better understand the process and felt very comfortable and excited to seek help from her. After one session with Sarina, I have experienced improvements that I was never able to achieve from any other type of treatment. Sarina consistently checks up on me after my initial session, with no pressure to continue sessions, and offers constant support. I am so happy I found Sarina and can't thank her enough for her genuine support! I recommend to anyone who wants to make a change!
