Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality
We had a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, and the freshly baked sourdough was soooooooo gooooood that we finished two baskets! Don't miss this. We were still thinking about it on our return journey. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and the whole hotel grounds felt homely. It was really cute to see little chickens, cat roaming freely around asking for pets. A special thank you to the team for going above and beyond to a sudden dinner request from us. Hotel was a solar-powered property as well. Super highly recommended!

unforgettable experience in a beautiful stay
We were greeted with friendly staff and in-house pets! The entire experience in the hotel was marvelous. The stay was comfortable, lovely and calm for a relaxing trip. There was a rainy night and we decided to stay in for dinner and the staff had to accommodate our last minute dinner request. Breakfast was splendid and we couldn't stop raving about the sourdough (must try!) that they offered us 2 baskets (for 2 pax). Strongly recommend this hotel if anyone is visiting Trinidad!

Fabulous place, Solar electricity generation is a key differentiator.
We loved our stay here as there are so many positives about this hotel. First, Gilles the owner is delightful, very engaged, informative and incredibly responsive. I can’t remember having staying at a place where the owner added so much to the experience. We were in room 1, which was very large, was nicely decorated, had a large bathroom with two showers and was close to the hotel entrance. The courtyard grounds are nicely landscaped and beautiful. Breakfasts are delicious and we also enjoyed our dinner there as well. The property is well situated in the heart of the Trinidad historical center. Cuba’s electricity problems are particularly bad in Trinidad; during our stay the electricity from the government was available only two hours per day. However, Santa Ana smartly invested in a solar system with panels and battery storage, so the property does not rely upon the grid for power. Unlike many adjacent hotels and restaurants which use noisy and smelly fuel generators for their electricity needs, Santa Ana’s solar system was quiet and odorless. This alone is a reason to stay here.

A beautiful and restful stay in Trinidad, Cuba.
On our recent trip to Cuba, we stayed at the lovely Santa Ana Boutique Hotel in Trinidad. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. It has been lovingly restored and furnished with great attention to detail. The staff and owner were friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the property itself was beautiful. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Excellent hotel in Trinidad
An excellent hotel with a fabulous staff. The rooms are beautiful, Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was great, especially the bread! We spent three night and could not have had a better experience.

Amazing Boutique Hotel in Trinidad
Amazing boutique hotel in Trinidad. This is a true oasis in Cuba. The hotel is beautiful, the garden is beautiful, the staff is warm, welcoming and ready to assist with whatever is needed. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The solar back up means that you have no idea if/when a blackout is occurring which is a huge plus in Cuba. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling in the Trinidad area!

Savvy and sophisticated
Quintessentially Cuban with a French cottage twist. Lovely location with very nice staff and clean atmosphere. The owner was very informative and gave us some good guidance around town. Comfy bed and breakfast suitable for the savvy traveller.

Excellent boutique hotel in a small town
This boutique hotel conveniently located near the Plaza de Santa Ana, which is 10 mins walk from the town center. We were well taken care by the owner Gil and his team led by Ray. As the name suggests it is a small boutique hotel with great personal touch, warm, friendly and personable. Very quickly they become your friends. Apart from the nice ambience, they have installed sufficient solar panels and batteries for most services to run without interruption. This is an important consideration given the constant blackout throughout the island. If we visit Trinidad again this will certainly be our choice. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay at the Santa Ana in Trinidad
We recently spent 3 nights at the lovely Santa Ana Boutique Hotel in Trinidad, Cuba. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and spacious and very clean with excellent air-conditioning. Breakfast which was served outside was delicious with choice of juice, beautiful fruit platter and fluffy pancakes. Ray and Manuel were wonderful hosts and quickly able to accommodate any requests that we had. We would highly recommend the Santa Ana when you visit Trinidad and we hope to return someday in the future.

Charming and peaceful hotel
We spent two nights in Trinidad at this hotel and it was a really great experience. The city itself is beautiful with its old-fashioned charm, the heat, and the peaceful atmosphere, and the hotel definitely made the stay even better. The room was spotless, with air conditioning running 24/7 (a real plus in Cuba), the place is quiet, tastefully decorated and well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole place has this authentic vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Breakfast was worth mentioning: we had a real baguette that felt just like a traditional French one, fresh fruit, good coffee, and even crêpes, all served with a smile – it was really nice. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces to relax, especially the garden and hammocks, and the nearby beach was stunning and still very well preserved. All in all, this is a hotel I would recommend without hesitation, whether for the quality of the facilities, the kindness of the staff, or the beautiful setting of Trinidad. Definitely a well-deserved 5 stars.

Estuvimos tres días en Trinidad yo y mi pareja. Magnifico el trato de los chicos y precioso el lugar. Las habitaciones mejores incluso que la de los hoteles: limpias, modernas, muy frescas y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno super completo y delicioso. Repetiría sin duda.
