We ordered 10 work shirts over a week ago
We have not received them they are with a delivery company who couldn’t find our address so they couldn’t deliver we contacted the supplier who said the address wasn’t correct,so they corrected it
The delivery people said that the package is damaged and awaiting further clarification the company we bought the items from kept saying they are out for delivery
We done chat with the delivery company who said that they are in warehouse
The supplier has not been helpful at all !!!

Your order was dispatched and the tracking number was provided. Unfortunately, the first line of the delivery address was missing when the order was placed, which may have caused difficulties for DPD when attempting delivery.
We would also like to clarify that we replied to every email you sent us and responded as quickly as possible. Once you contacted us, we immediately looked into the matter, contacted DPD, and continued to follow up regarding your parcel.
Unfortunately, the parcel was later reported as lost/damaged by the delivery company, which was outside of our direct control. As soon as a case was opened with DPD, we issued you a full refund on the same day.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and regret that your experience was not as expected.
