RWL Plumbing and Heating ltd Reviews

What an absolute star! We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and couldn’t have been luckier when RWL came to our rescue. He sorted what seemed like a pretty major problem with such professionalism, skill and efficiency, and managed to make the whole experience quite enjoyable! He was so friendly, reassuring and genuinely lovely to have around that by the end we were ready to invite him back for dinner! We were also really pleasantly surprised by the bill, especially given how much work was involved and the fact that it was a Sunday evening. It’s not often you find someone who’s not only brilliant at their job but also such a lovely person. I will recommend his service to all our friends!

I contacted RWL regarding a leaking outside tap that failed and was pouring water, Russ replied back to me almost immediately at 08:00 via WhatsApp and had an engineer visit us by lunch time. New tap fitted, drama over! Great communication, great service and nice people. Recommended.

Russ was amazing. We had a previous plumber come a diagnose a complex leak. Three days past and no definite source. Russ came in and managed to duagnose within 90minutes and arrange for work to be completed by the end of the next day. Couldn’t recommend higher - knows his plumbing and very professional.

We were blown away by the service we received from Russ and Mark at RWL Plumbing & Heating. We were consulted every step of the way to ensure we understood the process and our requirements were always taken into account so we got the bathroom we wanted. They were always mindful and respectful of being in a family home. We love the finished bathroom, it’s been completed to a really high standard and looks amazing! Thanks guys!

Recently totally refitted cloakroom and did a truly excellent job, have used this firm twice before and have always been extremely impressed by them. Really nice to deal with, realistic pricing and they are tidy, considerate and with faultless workmanship. We have an old house and nothing defeated them.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this firm and would use them again happily.

Russell is a fantastic, very professional plumber and super reliable. I've been going to Russell for my BTL flat in Hove for about ten years or more for Gas Safety certificates and any general plumbing issues and can highly recommend his knowledge and professionalism. Recently I had a kitchen fitted by another company who made a mess of the plumbing, Russell came out on short notice to help and fix their mistakes. I will always use his service for gas and general plumbing. Thanks Russell for your ongoing support and wonderful work, I should have reviewed you years ago but just don't want to give the secret away 😆 Honestly, don't hesitate to call Russell if you want a reliable, professional trustworthy plumber/ gas engineer. 🙏

Russell was a lifesaver and was able to come out same-day to look at our broken boiler. The replacement part was fitted in no time at all to get us back up and running with heating and hot water (much appreciated in December!). Would definitely recommend.

Russell and the team have recently completed the modernisation of the plumbing system in my home including the installation of a new pressurised system boiler and hot water tank, with immersion, as well as new TRVs on each radiator and some other sundry work. Everything from comms, reliability, tidiness etc were exceptional as well as a full walk-through of the new set up and the patience to answer my many queries! I would thoroughly recommend and use again.

I can thoroughly recommend this plumber. I have had a bathroom replaced (beautifully), a boiler installation, boiler maintenance and general plumbing (e.g. replacement taps, replacement radiator etc.). The work has always been performed to a very high standard and the prices are very competitive. I find Russell very professional and have always been very happy with the work.
