We strongly disagree with Google's decision.

We provided conversations, booking records, and evidence showing that these reviews do not correspond to genuine customers who used our services. Despite this documentation, Google has decided to keep the reviews published.

From our perspective, this means that false and potentially fraudulent reviews can remain online even when a business provides evidence challenging their authenticity.

As a company that invests in Google's advertising and business platforms, we are deeply disappointed by the lack of protection offered to legitimate businesses against reviews that we believe are inaccurate, misleading, or not connected to real customer experiences.

We will be sharing our experience, together with the supporting documentation and conversations available to us, on our social media channels and professional networks so that customers and other business owners can understand the difficulties encountered when attempting to report reviews that we believe are false.
