I booked trip and it canceled by them due to weather issue. It made sense, I can understand.
But for the refund, they just deal with it very slowly. I emailed and pushed a lot of times, some days passed, then staff only said they are starting doing this. It will refund to my bank account within 10 business days.
Ok, I wait. 10 business days passed, I received nothing.
I emailed again, this is their reply “Due to a technical issue the refund has stopped. We have today issued a manual refund back to your card. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
Ridiculous, if I don’t check my account, I will never got my money back:)))))))
Also it means, they can deal with it manually when they cancelled the trip. COOL, they just let consumers wait🙂🙂🙂🙂

The vessel is clean, well equipped and set off on time - there are pauses at points of interest which are viewed from onboard. It's a great way to get halfway down a fjord and the views are pretty good, but like everything else in Norway it's about 30% more expensive than feels fair, but thats just life here.
