Carlos was dispatched to check my A/C unit. He found that the coil was leaking Freon. He immediately called to locate another.
It took 2 days to come in and Carlos came this morning to replace the coil.
I should note that he had to service the unit on the roof and we had winds of over 30 mph.
Carlos completed the repair,
Making sure everything was operating correctly.

I’m pretty sure Daniel Ramos came out and inspected our water heater. After he left, we had noticed some leaking out of the overflow we called back and you guys sent him back out a few days later he fixed the issue. I was very pleased and happy that you guys came back and repaired what maybe was broken and didn’t charge us for the second visit it’s really gave me confidence in your company that you’re gonna be fair and Daniel was very respectful. Very kind. this was done underneath my warranty to come flush the water heater.
The next guy we had out was Oscar Rios We had been having issues with russet coming out, which I was very happy with rusted don’t get me wrong, but their technician could not find they came out. I think two times to figure out why something was still running in the air-conditioning unit when the unit wasn’t running and we smelt burning Oscar was able to find the issue and fix it and once again that gave me confidence and you guys in your work and probably saved us from having a fire. this was underneath the air-conditioning check with our membership we had.
We had Joe come out and check our sewer with the camera. We are very happy with him very Curtis. Very kind did explain thoroughly what was going on what needed to be done we were very satisfied with his service.

Used Rite Way Electrical for the first time. I have used Rite Way Plumbing, Sewer and of course the HVAC for years all with excellent results and great service. The Electrical was no exception. Very large and expensive week long job done partly in the rain. Very nice service people. Recommend.
