One of the best experience and service Ive ever had. Josh was patient, passionate about his job and extremely helpful. He made sure i walked out with my bike all setup and happy. Which he did. I highly recommend this store, the workers and especially Josh.

Fantastic shop! I desperately needed my bike serviced and after calling around to several other shops—where I was either quoted wait times that seemed to be measured in geological eras or couldn't even get someone to answer the phone—I gave Ridley's a call.
They answered all my questions right away, and when I brought my bike in, Nemo was there to lend a hand... or maybe a fin. He got everything booked in quickly, and somehow the team had my bike serviced and ready to roll within a day.
The service was fast, friendly, and professional. At this point I'm convinced they have a secret pit crew hiding in the back. Absolutely unreal work. Thanks, Nemo and the Ridley's team!

The place to go when you need your bike serviced or anything related. Nemo at the service desk is super friendly and takes the time to explain what's going on with your bike, and Greg the mechanic makes every effort to get you back on the trail as quick as possible. I also have to give a shout out to John at the service desk for his honest bike/product knowledge as well as Barry on the bike equipment/sales side that is always helpful with anything you need.
My favourite bike shop in Calgary.

Went to buy some brake levers from these guys and they were out of stock in a 22.2mm handlebar. I was instructed by a bike tech there that I should buy a specific pair off the site. I did so after his guarantee that they would work and upon receiving them they were for 31.4mm so no good at all. I have tried multiple times to reach out to online sales department about the possibility of exchanging these and no one has ever replied to me. I’d go to the either of these locations but neither are convenient for me and it’s not worth the time for what they’re worth. Ended up just going to another bike shop to get the right part and for less…
Too bad the online sales people are ruining further business. And too bad the guy I spoke to wasn’t more interested in what I was actually talking about.
