I just can't express how excellent our experience with Rick's Auto was!! Lisa went above and beyond and was so thorough and very personable!! Our truck was meticulously detailed and everything was handled so professionally! She also introduced us to Napa Auto across the street(shout out to Spencer, Becky and staff) who also go above and beyond in their customer service!! Peter is not only an outstanding sales man but a person also. From the viewing to purchasing to picking up experience he made me (trading in car for a truck) who was quite nervous feel very comfortable and taken care of. He put no pressure on purchasing the vehicle, it was very smooth and easy. Even helped myself and husband move both kids car seats and helped put them in. He also checked in with me multiple times during the experience and afterwards as well to make sure everything was A-okay. Thankyou so much Peter and Rick’s for the new family truck!

2019 ford escape
I purchased a 2019 ford escape, purchasing my new vehicle was a stress free experience, thanks to Peter, after driving around for a few days I noticed the rear head rest missing, called Peter ,2 weeks later Peter called and installed a new head rest . Thanks Pete
