Rich was sincerely really great to work with. The value proposition is truly difficult to beat. He is punctual, gets the job done well, for well worth what he charged. One feedback for Rich would be that even though he captured a ton of pictures he missed out some of the family members. Just something he should watch out for or the host should remind him. Thank you Rich!!!

On very short notice, Rich DiFeo, responded to our needs to have a video produced for a memorial service for my son which is to be presented and viewed at the service. It involved a number of close friends and staff members at the place where my son lived for the past 6 months, speaking on video & sharing their fondest memories and funny stories about my son. These videos are of the people that were closest to my son before he passed, and they are priceless to me. The video was extremely professionally done and was more than expected. Very high quality. Wedding photography is a complete package. Person & Photos. Rich is a great person but his work has been not at all professional. Wedding was in first week of Nov and after 4 months - we are still waiting for professional pictures He sent pictures with bad lighting, bad angle and in many cases no focus. It has come to the point that he does not even reply to our requests. And needless to say we paid him in full. Wedding is not going to happen again and we have lost a beautiful ceremony and moments along with it.

Rich did our wedding on 1/28/22. He was amazing!!! He had the crowd dancing for the entire wedding . He responded quickly to emails/texts. He was on time and was ready to go. Professional, entertaining and funny!!! I would highly recommend Rich for any event.

5/5 would've been a better way to rate Rich. He was quick to respond and maintained open communication from 1st contact to after the event. He was at the event to get the setup and was a great presence throughout the party. He is personable and professional, and the price was completely reasonable for the amount of photos taken and received as well as the time spent. I received the photos in a wonderful amount of time and they were stunning. I would use his services again and I would recommend his services as well!
