I’ve been coming to this dentist office for years and can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet! The staff is always so kind, caring, and welcoming. They truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend!

I've been a regular patient of Dr. Lide's for six years and am very pleased with their services. I recently experienced a dental emergency while on vacation, and reached out to Dr. Lide's office to ask for help. Tina could not have been more helpful in guiding me to a temporary solution right away, and upon my return, Dr. Lide took excellent care of me. I could not be happier with the care Dr. Lide and his staff have given me for the last six years.
The dentist is not reliable and inconsistent. He very well does know who I am. He even attempted to have me sign a NDA to not leave a review. Lide appears to be one who is too emotional and combative. He couldn't even properly extract a tooth but left a portion of my tooth embedded in my gum. I recommend anyone considering this dentist to not use this dentist. He demonstrated less than professional and ethical treatment throughout our interactions. Jeffrey Lide, the name in itself, is quite telling and revelatory. For quality services and professionalism, do not use Jeffrey Lide.

Im an anxious person when it comes to any dental work. I told the doctor this and he was extremely reassuring and was able to make my procedure as comfortable as possible. I never felt judged and the staff is always so kind. I feel very taken care of and safe when I visit. Thank you Dr. Lide for your patience and your empathy when I was visibly stressed. I am so happy to have found an office that listens to me and helps to take away my anxiety. Thank you!!!

Dr. Lide and his staff are exceptional. I’m a very apprehensive patient with a very low pain tolerance. They made my experience so pleasant and confortable, I felt no pain from the extraction or the other procedures. I highly recommend Dr Lide and his team for all your dental needs. I have been a patient of Dr. Lide for over two years, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and his amazing staff. Dr. Lide is an excellent dentist, and his entire team is respectful, friendly, and accommodating, which makes every visit far more comfortable.
Dr. Lide completed my Invisalign treatment, and I truly love the results. He made sure I was completely happy every step of the way. He has also done several crowns for me, which initially made me very nervous. However, he calmly walked me through the entire process and helped me get into the right frame of mind—even when the drills were blaring.
One thing I truly appreciate is that there is absolutely no pressure here. Dr. Lide is conservative and honest—if you don’t need a procedure, he won’t recommend it. That is such a relief, especially since going to the dentist can already be stressful without feeling pushed into unnecessary treatments.
On one occasion, Dr. Lide was working with a dental assistant on my crown. While she was very capable, I have a small mouth, and he took the time to guide and teach her how to navigate that challenge, carefully explaining each step. He commended her skills while also showing her additional techniques to help her grow. The way he encouraged and supported her was truly impressive and speaks volumes about his character.
When I later complimented him on this, I learned that he has also taught dentistry. Knowing my dentist has that level of experience, patience, and dedication is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Dr. Lide and his team.
Dr. Lide and his team provide great service. Everyone in the front office is friendly and courteous. Tracy is hilarious and always does a great job with my cleanings.

I used Zocdoc to find a dentist and got a confirmed appointment, however I didn’t get to see the dentist because when I showed up to my appointment I was told that I was not on the schedule!
The visit was overly frustrating, no efforts were made to accommodate me for another appointment, I just got a careless attitude..what a waste of time.
