Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Have with my trucks service.
I brought my 22 Ford Bronco Sport in to have an aftermarket engine steel skid plate installed. There was a hiccup on the manufacture’s side who made the plate that was causing a fit issue. The shop worked with JCR Offroad directly to solve the issue and have my Sport back to the same day as promised. Their work is outstanding and reasonable. I plan to use them going forward to service my vehicle rather than Ford. I feel that they produce honest quality work that is hard to find these days. Ive included photos, but crawling under my car is not fun to do!!
Had a couple of services done that went smooth and still running great! Recently had a 3.5 Clayton lift put on, which turned out amazing! They finished it earlier than the time frame they gave me. Austin and Matt were both helpful and knowledgeable. They installed a oil cooler and charged me more than I was quoted but once I talked to Austin they refunded me the money and worked with me. Definitely recommend!!

Thank you, Nicholas! We appreciate your support. The Jeep turned out sweet! We apologize for the miscommunication on the previous repair. Glad we were able to simply talk through it together and get it sorted out.
Austin and team over at REV are outstanding individuals who will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They have worked with me on two of my JKU'S getting them up to snuff and ready for the road and trails. I received full-detail pictures of problem areas and resolution steps taken during the inspection and service processes, giving me the confidence they are looking out for me by being thorough and transparent. REV is now my go-to place for everything 4x4 that is beyond my own abilities. Thank you, gentlemen!!

Thank you, Dan, for your continued support! Hope to see you and your JKs here soon. Enjoy Easter Jeep Safari for us!
I've been to Johns 4x4 several times for work on my Tacoma. They got me out of a jam the dealer put me in. They installed a Dobinson's lift kit, replaced my steering bushings, and properly aligned my vehicle. Most recently they installed some RCI rock sliders. Kevin is best. All proposed work is explained and different options are discussed. I trust these guys completely and highly recommend their work.
This was clearly a professional outfit. The shop was highly commutative during maintenance. They replaced my steering gearbox with a red top and installed a steering stabilizer after a quick inspection. I recommend these guys. Especially if you have a passion project you’d want kept in good hands.

James, we are sorry to hear your alignment wasn't perfect. High winds and snow during your vehicle's test drive made it tough to get it perfectly dialed in. As we discussed over the phone, we'd love the opportunity to make it right for you under better weather conditions.
Great communication Quick Service 4x4 diffa and transfer case done in 3.5 hrs.
& followup.
They borked my axle seal and I have some random bleed valve on my caliper that was torqued to over 50 ft lbs. Communication is awful.
The whole experience has me not trusting folks to work on my rig.

CS - We know we dropped the ball on communication on estimated completion time and updates. This is due to being short staffed for the holiday and our service advisors failing to be on the same page of deadlines. This is completely unacceptable which is why we got you a rental car and hand delivered it to you on our day off at no cost to you. We also heavily discounted the custom work that was required. Our team takes failures like this very seriously. I think our review history up until now speaks for itself and shows that this is not how we normally operate. We are very sorry this was your experience.
As for your Axle Seal and Brake Caliper Bleed - Our process is to replace an axle seal when we remove an axle shaft - Ironically this is to reduce a potential leak. Its very possible we installed a faulty seal or we damaged the seal on installation. Removal of the axle shaft also requires brake line removal. Thus we performed an ABS Brake Bleed procedure, we apologize if the bleeder was not torqued to spec. We are only human and do our best to prevent failures like this. Our work is covered with a 3 Year 36,000 mile warranty - We can take care of this at no cost for parts and labor. Unfortunately it seems you have already taken care of this. Just let us know how we can help.
I know I can stand proud on how our team made efforts to make it right and take care of a customer. Not every job goes smoothy and part or human failures can happen, This is why we pride our selves on making it right.
We will certainly learn from our communication failures.
Please us know how else we can make it right.
