Jayme, I’m sorry your recent experiences with us left you feeling this way, especially after your previous visits had gone well.

On the Tahoe, we charged and tested the battery, and it failed testing. Unfortunately, that information did not make it from the technician to the front office, to me, and ultimately to you before the vehicle was picked up. That communication failure is 100% on me. You should have been informed and given the option to replace the battery before leaving. I sincerely apologize, and I understand how the nearly three-week stay made the situation even more frustrating.

On the RAV4, an alignment was not performed because our understanding was that new tires were going to be installed and the alignment would be completed at that time. However, we clearly could have done a better job documenting and communicating that plan.

The biggest failure here was communication, and as the owner, that ultimately falls on me. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened, and I’m sorry we left you feeling that you needed to find another shop.
