Reverse Heath is a SCAM Absolute SCAM!!! I never even enrolled in this. I don’t need the weight loss and wouldn’t have even been looking. IDK how they got my information, but this is fraudulent. When I contacted them, they continued to say I never cancelled….BUT I never signed up!!! They didn’t listen and assumed I never cancelled.

Scam! Beware! I bought a 28 day package from reverse health. I am autistic and have ADHD. I did maybe a week of the exercises and then my mental health detiorated exponentially. This was in March I believe. Since then Reverse Health charged me 68.65 twice, in August and November WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! Beware! Even when I explained this they refused to refund me. I am a person on low income but they do not care. They charged me and refused to refund for absolutely NOTHING because I didn't use the app at all and was not aware!

Beware of the fine print as your funds will be taken Very sneaky company. Read the fine print! They subscribe you and you don’t even know and they won’t refund your money.

SCAM Paid the trial fee and want to cancel, I can't find how to get in touch except via email, which they are not responding to. They have more than doubled the amount they are taking. How are other people getting in touch with them?

Scam I only just realised that Reverse Health has been deducting £40.12 from my account every month for the last 4 months! I only accessed the app once. Went straight to the app and I cannot cancel my subscription. There is not info on the app that I can click on to cancel! I’ll ring my bank tomorrow. This is outrageous

Don’t touch them! Just like many others I believed I was making a one off £15.65 payment for meal plans and this morning £40.12 has gone from my account! I have obviously been straight in contact with them and they have offered a £20.06 refund and access to meal plans free. I have asked for an exact breakdown of the £40.12 as it’s an odd figure and I believe a monthly charge is only £25. Most importantly it is not worth touching this company as all the info is obviously tucked away in tiny writing and they clearly make the decision what plan they are renewing!

Rip Off! I’d give this zero stars if I could. I signed up for a free trial and didn’t like the recipes on it so I cancelled like an hour after I signed up and 2 months later I get a charge on my credit card for nearly $100, when I contacted them they say they can’t refund me as I cannot provide the email (I deleted) from July showing that I cancelled. Not happy!

It’s a scam! This app is a scam. It makes you believe you are making a one-time purchase, but then it keeps charging you automatically without any prior notice. Even after requesting a refund, they refuse to return the money. The advertising is misleading, the subscription practices are abusive, and customers are left unprotected. Stay away from this app.

False advertising False advertising. This is what it says online Reverse Health typically costs around $30 per month, with discounted quarterly and yearly plans available. That is about £22 but they will actually charge £40. DO NOT USE

Subscription caution I signed up for a 3-month subscription and put a reminder on my calendar for a week prior to renewal so I should decide if I wanted to cancel or continue. I still had over a week to decide when I discovered that they had charged me for another 3-month subscription well ahead of the renewal date. They kept trying to offer me anything but a refund. I insisted on the refund and disputed the charges through PayPal. The dispute was resolved and refund granted. Just be certain to cancel several weeks ahead of the renewal if you aren't planning to continue for another three months at the cost of $68. The company's staff was friendly and communicative, and they might have eventually refunded the charges, but I didn't wait to find out. So I'm not trying to throw them under the bus. Just warning consumers to use caution with this, or any, subscription.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL I signed up for a free trial in December 2024 via Facebook. There was not an option to uncheck an auto renew box. I have asked the 'Customer Happiness' person to send me a screenshot of this option. In the meantime they have told me that even though I have never used their app (this will show up on data usage) and they will not refund my £311.60. Please beware!!

Scammers I subscribed for 4 weeks and then they charged me over £68 for subscription that I didn’t sign up for. They eventually after many message said they’d give me 53.65 back in refund. They sent me£14 to PayPal and the rest was meant to go back to my credit card but I’ve never received it and that was 2 weeks ago. Thought I’d give them a chance to send it back but they haven’t. Says on PayPal the payment was sent but I’ve never got it. AVOID this company

Bad refund policy - sketchy auto subscriptions As per typical, it's one of the recurring subscriptions that you forget about then they charge you.

You may lose weight…but only because your pocket has been picked! Like many others below, I have had an issue with an expensive payment being taken from my account that I believed was cancelled. Beware of signing up on trials as I had difficulty technically adjusting the substandard app to tailor to the length of subscription that I wanted, ended up signing up under 2 different emails to get the 6 month trial (and was told one was cancelled) but am now having difficulty with much inflated automatic renewal charges. It also isn’t easy to speak to someone and the chatline is pretty useless and the conversation one-sided. While the trial is reasonable, the hikes make the programme too expensive for an app (£120 for 6 months is ridiculous and it is double what many sites, including the AI description, advertise for RH!) and cancelling is confusing and difficult. If the app were less confusing, more flexible, and the staff more accessible, I might use the app by adjusting my subscription to periods where I know that I have the free time to use it. However, the company seems to be making more money by promulgating confusion, which is a pity. In my case, while acknowledging confusion and technical issues as well as being able to observe that the app has not been used in 6 months, they are refusing to refund and cancel, even though charges were made only minutes before I requested a refund. (When I asked them to extend the subscription from 3 to 6 months a year ago, though, there was no problem refunding the 3 month subscription, so refunds are easy for them to do). This is a case of greed, pure and simple. BUYER BEWARE!

Refund???? They just charged me 69.65$ for a renewal that I didn't make. I'm chatting with the someone(or AI) they say they will be getting in touch with me in 24-48 hours for a refund. I'll be updating this review depending on their response.

Scam I had paid £15.65 for a one off month trial as it was advertised and the company have took out £40.12 without me being notified. This is a scam company. I'm very angry as it was absolutely useless 😔

Scam to get you to sign up Agree with other reviewers that their business practices are unethical! I absolutely no email do they warn you that you will be automatically charged after the initial period. I looked through every email! Their terms and conditions state it but not when you sign up! TOTAL SCAM

Worst app and customer service If I could leave negative stars I would. This app is a scam. The app never works and takes forever to load. They charge a ridiculous amount for nothing. Refuse to help customers. Don't waste your money, if you have it cancel it before they just keep taking your money without even giving you a notice of any trial endings

App doesn't work, money gone Unfortunately I have to give one point. 0 points would be correct. Accepted the one-off offer a few days ago, paid, got access, installed the app...videos can't be played. Android is up-to-date, app uninstalled, mobile phone shut down and booted up, reinstalled, checked whether everything is ok with the internet, it is, and videos still won't play. So the daily fitness videos that I spent the money on in the first place. After a far too long back and forth in the "support"-chat, I realised: it is a subscription, so I cancelled it quickly!!!! A refund is "not possible" in my case, even though I couldn't use the app for one day. They HAVE to charge me for at least one week. The rest of the time would be refunded as a gesture of goodwill. I wasn't able to use the app for one day. It just took up my time, no solutions were found for the problem... But my money was retained. Absolute fraud! So dubious: as a "solution" I was offered a one-year subscription extension for free. Great, because the app is superfluous without videos. They also seem to think a lot of their own product, as they are so generously giving it away for free to people... Don't fall for this like me. Instagram should stop selling advertising space to that company. They are not free of guilt here.
