Refused to return overcharged amount They overcharged my account and even admitted it. It was for a subscription i didn’t remember signing up for. Lost that appeal but they have refused to return the overcharged amount. They have not treated me fairly and so I’d be really careful if you decide to do business with this company. I would never again.

Save yourself trouble and avoid Took advantage of vulnerable adult. Trial was used and paid small fee for but payment was taken out 4 months later for £90 and company refused to bring this back. They did not send a notification that a direct debit had been set up or sent reminder about upcoming bill. Vulnerable adult now left out of pocket. But don't worry... We were offered a year free subscription in replacement of good will of the £90 lost for an app/website that was never used... How kind. Avoid this company. Takes advantage of vulnerable people

SCAM! Pur scam!!! Prélève, sans pouvoir l'arrêter et sans qu'on le valide, 40$US d'abonnement pour 1 seul mois!! Et quand on essaie d'escalader à Paypal : - Paypal n'a pas la bonne option de plainte et conclu donc en faveur de RH - Quand RH voit qu'on a ouvert un dossier de plainte, ils vous bloquent l'accès à votre compte, puis quelqu'un vous contacte et vous propose un accès à vie pour 50% du prix mensuel... pour que vous arrêtiez votre plainte : une fois le cas clos, ils refusent leur propre proposition !! Et vous n'avez toujours pas l'accès à ce pourquoi vous avez été débité de 40$US...!

Unethical practices and hidden charges I regret purchasing this service. After ordering the 28-day plan, I was automatically enrolled in a costly monthly subscription with no clear warning or fine print. Canceling is nearly impossible as there are no clear instructions. Although they offer a help desk email, it feels useless. To make matters worse, I couldn’t access the app or my plan because the link they sent had a time-limited password. This feels like a deliberate scam, with unethical practices and no transparency. Avoid at all costs.

Beware. Scam. Paid £10 for a trial ( regretted that) then found I’d been charged £44.99 for a month. I hadn’t signed up for a subscription/ had no prior warning. Contacted their Support dept. Told them Thai couldn’t afford this and that I was a pensioner. They have agreed to refund. I’ll keep checking that they have done so.

SCAM! NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! This company charged you a supposed one time fee of 15.65 then charged 40.12 a month making it impossible to cancel. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card and dispute charges and only got part of my money back. Never use their app or products! It is a total scam! They are not BBB accredited!

Reverse Heath is a SCAM Absolute SCAM!!! I never even enrolled in this. I don’t need the weight loss and wouldn’t have even been looking. IDK how they got my information, but this is fraudulent. When I contacted them, they continued to say I never cancelled….BUT I never signed up!!! They didn’t listen and assumed I never cancelled.
