This is a scam especially against older Americans. They advertise 1 price but continuously charge two or 3 charges each month. They pretended they were giving me a refund but only for one charge. Please don’t use this company! The Apple Store needs to take it out of the store!

Totally deceptive. You are made to believe it's a one time free class and then I hey start billing you 47 dollars a month. They respond with some agreement number buried in their sign up process making you feel legally obligated. Just don't do it.

Beware. Scam.
Paid £10 for a trial ( regretted that) then found I’d been charged £44.99 for a month. I hadn’t signed up for a subscription/ had no prior warning. Contacted their Support dept. Told them Thai couldn’t afford this and that I was a pensioner. They have agreed to refund. I’ll keep checking that they have done so.

Stay away from this company. I signed up for what seemed like a one-time, one-month subscription, but they charged me again without any clear warning or reminder. This feels misleading and not transparent. Very disappointing experience.

For me, 0 star! In the official site you can find the option “Manage your account” but,guess what?! It doesn’t work!!!!!!!! Never!! HUGE FRAUD!

SCAM! NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!
This company charged you a supposed one time fee of 15.65 then charged 40.12 a month making it impossible to cancel. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card and dispute charges and only got part of my money back. Never use their app or products! It is a total scam! They are not BBB accredited!

This is a scam. Like many of you, I bought one month and one month only. Nowhere was it said it was a subscription. The stole money and it was such a mess getting them to refund. I had to make a Paypal complain before the refund. An unethical and shady scam company.

Reverse Heath is a SCAM
Absolute SCAM!!! I never even enrolled in this. I don’t need the weight loss and wouldn’t have even been looking. IDK how they got my information, but this is fraudulent. When I contacted them, they continued to say I never cancelled….BUT I never signed up!!! They didn’t listen and assumed I never cancelled.

I bought a 28 day package from reverse health. I am autistic and have ADHD. I did maybe a week of the exercises and then my mental health detiorated exponentially. This was in March I believe. Since then Reverse Health charged me 68.65 twice, in August and November WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! Beware! Even when I explained this they refused to refund me. I am a person on low income but they do not care. They charged me and refused to refund for absolutely NOTHING because I didn't use the app at all and was not aware!
Beware of the fine print as your funds will be taken
Very sneaky company. Read the fine print! They subscribe you and you don’t even know and they won’t refund your money.

I only just realised that Reverse Health has been deducting £40.12 from my account every month for the last 4 months! I only accessed the app once. Went straight to the app and I cannot cancel my subscription. There is not info on the app that I can click on to cancel! I’ll ring my bank tomorrow. This is outrageous

Don’t touch them!
Just like many others I believed I was making a one off £15.65 payment for meal plans and this morning £40.12 has gone from my account! I have obviously been straight in contact with them and they have offered a £20.06 refund and access to meal plans free. I have asked for an exact breakdown of the £40.12 as it’s an odd figure and I believe a monthly charge is only £25. Most importantly it is not worth touching this company as all the info is obviously tucked away in tiny writing and they clearly make the decision what plan they are renewing!
