It was unclear that the car rental is off site. After taking a taxi for 17$ they said they would have got us from the air port and reimbursed the 17$. The place is small and I'm a congested area so for first time travel to cayman it was difficult y to have to drive with the different side of car and road and turn about right away. Upon return they drove us to the airport which was very nice and their prices were the lowest. Or car was new and low miles
Our Airbnb recommended GoCayman Car Rental. Everything went perfect as planned! Good clean car and awesome customer service from employees like Carl L. These folks were very understanding with our after hours rental return! I will rent from GoCayman again and also recommend them to our friends and family.

Will not recommend to use there services.
Not reliable, got a price for 30ci per day and less than 24 hours the price jump to 50ci per day
Besides very bad customer service, not trying to help or assist and not letting a customer to speak with a manager.
Need to get much better customer definitely not a good experience

Dear Mr. Semo, we are so sorry that you were not able to take advantage of the special rate of CI$29 per day on the day you initially called.
I am the manager and personally took your call on the day before you called back and were quoted CI$50 per day. As many are aware, all car rental agencies in Grand Cayman change over from the lower Summer Rates to the Christmas Season Rates on December 15th, every year. This is standard industry practice.
By the time you called on the following day, we had already sold out the vehicles which were on special. We sincerely apologize about that. Unfortunately, during this time of the year, it's customary for average daily rates just before Christmas to be in the range of US$65 to $150 per day for compact cars until January 3rd.
