I would like to do business with this company, but am reluctant to pay 100% of the total cost for quartz countertops up front, prior to the installation. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
We are first time kitchen DIY'ers. Nathan was an excellent resource through the process, helping us design the kitchen ( took us 3 designs and going back to measure again) before we got it all figured out. But it turned out awesome.
Pricing was very competitive.
Also, and equally as important- Nathan turned out to be an excellent resource when we ran into snags assembling the cabinets. They have "how to" videos, but there is no spoken word on the video, and there were a couple key details that were left out or at least not obvious to me. So we reached out to Nathan, and helped fill in the blanks very promptly, so we were able to properly finish the assembly.
FYI- I would suggest allowing a good 2 to 3 hours to assemble each cabinet.
I recommend caution when dealing with them. What they say and what they do were very different in my case . Buyer beware

I ordered cabinets here early 2026 and i ordered wood cabinets with linson and the store in west end , I gave him measurements and i was assured all wiuld be right and quality , boy was i in for a surprize , the people there are not bright nor do they provide ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE so no hole drilled for the cabinet doors no proper videos which they said were detailed lol , I was not impressed with quality or all the hinges missing , the pieces did not go well together and screws that needed to be used with corners of cabinets landed on joints and all cracked , called many times looking for manages good luck these people are scammers and dont make things right ! Ive called many times to get things corrected and spoke to masen at the west address and he told me dont worry ill get it sorted out now 3 weeks later no call back no nothi g id not order from here they sell garbage from somewhere in montreal and dont help to make it right go ELSEWHERE ...
The service I received from both Cici and Chanming was excellent. Very professional and quick. They did a fantastic job with my old kitchen. I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them.
Waiwai was very helpful to meticulously design our kitchen. I didn't have all the measurements, but we made many revision to the design and she was patient. The wood material is good for the price and be extra careful when handling the cabinets. It is very easy to assemble and not heavy to install.
Weiwei was present through installation hurdles and was professional on coaching and troubleshooting.

The cabinets were a great price and exactly what we were looking for. They were delivered to the store right on time, and when we went to pick them up, the customer service was excellent once again. The team helped us load everything into our truck, which made the whole process even smoother.
