Jeremy did a thorough inspection and walked the roof with me, and Connor answered every question quickly and honestly — pricing, warranty, insurance paperwork, all of it.
The crew did it in one day, cleaned up well, and I got drone photos of the finished roof. Pricing was fair and competitive against another quote I got. The Owens Corning Duration shingles look great on the house.

Excellent experience from the start to the end of the whole roof replacement. Overall, I am very happy with the job. Both in term of the price, job quality, team friendliness, and communications.
The roof inspection was performed very carefully to evaluate the condition and any related items that need to be replaced/repaired.
The proposal came with good options to choose from, and the owner spent a great amount of time to explain the options, as well as his recommendation based on the roof condition, our house location and its related weather condition, building code requirements as well as shingle materials, and finally provided his recommendation for best fit option.
The roof repair was done in 11 hours, from 7am ~ 6pm, with sufficient team members. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. All trees were well protected. A lot of pictures were taken before, during and after the job for comparison and QC.

Excellent!! I had the TV satellite removed from our roof. The technician was wonderful. He did a thorough assessment and explained what needed to be done prior to starting the job. He was on time, professional, friendly, and did a quality job sealing the areas after the removal. The time from agreeing to having the service done and completion of the job was short, I did not have to wait. I highly recommend their services and will use them again.

I found Reign Roofing – Sugar Land after my new roof was already installed, as I needed an independent third-party inspection. Even though I did not use Reign Roofing for the roof installation, they were extremely professional, patient, and willing to help.
I especially want to thank Connor. Due to a scheduling conflict, he arranged for another inspector to come out and perform a very detailed inspection of my roof, including 109 photos documenting the condition and findings.
After the report was completed, Connor also took the time to go through it with me in detail and patiently explain all the potential issues that needed to be addressed and corrected by the roofing installation company. I truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help throughout the entire process.

When a hail storm damaged our roof, I called several companies hoping someone could help quickly. Reign Roofing was the only one who came out the same day, and that level of responsiveness continued throughout the entire process. They handled the immediate repairs right away and then guided me step‑by‑step through the insurance claim. They even showed up when the inspector arrived to make sure everything went smoothly.
Once the initial insurance payment came in, they scheduled the roof replacement promptly. Even with a few rain delays — totally understandable — the installation was still completed within the expected timeframe. Their crew was professional, efficient, and did excellent work. They also replaced our damaged gutters, and everything looks fantastic.
Huge shout‑out to Connor for being an outstanding communicator and to Jeremy for taking the time to answer every question and ensure the entire process was stress‑free.
