It was my first treatment so too soon to assess but received confidence and good information concerning this treatment and future treatments that will follow. My questions and concerns were addressed and I'm looking forward to my next visit. My joint feels better already after this visit while it should take several weeks to see improvement. My last treatment was over a year ago and that was a steroid injection. This acid based injection doesn't have the potential damage causing affects like continuous steroid use can, unfortunately insurance doesn't cover cost for me but I feel it's well worth it to try.

Let me just say that the PA Devon was amazing. Very likable and very knowledgeable. However I feel like I got the bait and switch. I saw an ad for them on Facebook that said they took insurance and that I could schedule a free consultation. I made the appt for the next day. I then received an email stating they no longer take insurance. Ok no biggie I can work with self pay. Well as I'm leaving the office, I am then told that it's $250 for the consultation. The receptionist said that it was listed in all my information they sent me. The only info I received was when and where my appt was. They didn't even send me paperwork which I was told they did. I will certainly not be going there for tx. $250 for x-rays that I could've had my insurance pay for. They are liars.

We recently made the transition to a self-pay model and are still in the process of updating all aspects of our online presence to accurately reflect that change. We understand how this could have been confusing, and we’re very sorry for any inconvenience it caused.
Being transparent about our pricing is extremely important to us. According to our records, we did send a confirmation email prior to your appointment that included details about our payment policies, as well as a link to the new patient paperwork containing our consent forms and pricing information. We also sent our typical text reminder that encourages patients to review this information ahead of their visit. That said, it’s clear this information was either not received or not easily accessible, and we sincerely apologize for that frustration.
We are not currently running any advertisements offering free consultations. However, we do offer “risk-free consultations,” which may have led to some confusion, and we apologize if it felt misleading in any way—that is never our intention.
If you’re able to provide a screenshot of the advertisement you saw offering a free consultation, we would be more than happy to review it and honor that by refunding your consultation fee. Additionally, our manager called and left a voicemail for you to see if there is anything we can do to make this right.
