I cannot say enough good things about Real Deal Wheels and the level of customer service they provided. I needed a very specific, hard-to-find set of performance tires for my BMW X5M right before a long road trip, and they went above and beyond to make it happen.
They rush ordered the tires for me, worked me into an already busy schedule, and even stayed open past 6:00 PM to make sure everything was installed and the car was ready before I left town. That kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find these days.
The entire experience was professional, accommodating, and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer. They could have easily told me the timing was too tight, but instead they found a way to get it done.
If you need wheels or tires, especially for a performance vehicle that requires something a little harder to source, I highly recommend Real Deal Wheels. They have absolutely earned my business going forward. Thank you again to the entire team for going the extra mile!

We can’t thank this shop enough! We were on vacation in Florida when our truck needed help, and they got us back on the road despite our tight time constraints. They were able to get our oversized tires and wheels taken care of quickly, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was professional, honest, and went above and beyond to help us out in a stressful situation. I am a returning customer bought my first set of new tires from Real Deal in 2019 never had a problem with my tires except for a nail on two separate occasions in my rear passenger tire and driver side back tire. They repaired the tire and I was on my way just got me another new set of tires 2026 same brand due to the tires normal wear and tear it was time. I appreciate the great customer service, efficiency, professionalism and knowledge and me being a valued customer. Thank you 😊

Amazing customer service, the manager tony took care of me, got my tires shipped to the shop and got them installed same day. Quick and easy took less than an hour, highly recommend!

Smooth Process
I had some tires installed on my truck and was recommended by a friend. Got great customer service by Tony from the first phone call too my payments. Easy process and easy guys to work with. Would definitely recommend and would come again!
