Contacted Rutland Drainage Group with an urgent problem - at the last minute Nationwide BS wanted a survey of a sceptic tank and treatment plant for a house we were selling, which threatened to cause a complete chain to collapse if there was a delay. RDG couldn't have been more helpful and professional - did the survey within 24 hours and the report was to the exact specification and detail that Nationwide required. Can't recommend RDG sufficiently - more than five stars!!!

I can now flush my toilets without fear and get on with a large backlog of clothes washing! I highly recommend the company for their speed of response, quality of work and cost. An excellent turn out from Darren and Ian from Rutland Drainage Group who turned up on time, did a very good job of re-building three domestic pumping stations that were all in a dire state of disrepair and suffering from several years of neglect, despite being on a service contract with another organisation!! My one was so badly corroded that the discharge pipe was rusted right through, leaking, and on the verge of total collapse. Darren and Ian managed to cope with all the seemingly impossible setbacks and still kept up their cheerful and polite good humour. Along with the very informative and efficient communication from head office from Tina I would unreservedly recommend Rutland Drainage Group.

The guys at Rutland Drainage Group have really impressed us with their speedy responses to our query, and they even managed to come and change out the pump on our holiday let at very short notice and on specific dates while we had no bookings. Rutland Drainage are friendly helpful and extremely efficient in what they do. Ian the service engineer who attended was very thorough with the servicing aspect of the visit. He made sure everything was calibrated and functioning correctly, he also explained everything I would need to know to keep the treatment plant running which was very helpful.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I contacted Rutland Drainage Group as my Klargester tank had an error light. Sam in the office arranged an appointment for the very next day, which was hugely appreciated. Darren, the engineer, arrived exactly on time, was very professional, and quickly identified the issue – thankfully it turned out to be something minor. He repaired it efficiently and also carried out a full service while he was there, which gave me real peace of mind. He submitted a really detailed and comprehensive written report after his visit which showed what a very thorough job he'd done. The whole Rutland team were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with and the pricing was very fair too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rutland Drainage Group and will definitely use them again in future.

Had both Aerator and Discharge pump fail on my Septic tank, and the tank was full and backing up. Called Monday morning, they sent an engineer first thing Tuesday Morning, completed half the repair and identified what else needed to be done, which involved emptying the tank out ASAP and ordering and installing a new discharge pump. All Completed on Wednesday - Fantastic service. Kept me completely up to date with what was happening ( thanks Sam), and was kept aware of the costs which were reasonable considering the speed of the response and the amount of work done. Would HIGHLY recommend - try these people first as they respond VERY quickly
