2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars, unfortunately now they are a zero. Their site was shut down for 5 days and I almost lost my business. There was no communication either by phone or email, nor were they responsive to attempts to reach them by phone, chat, email, or social media. They came back online in 5 days, claimed a subcontractor failed to pay bills and they were turned off. Subsequently it took 5 weeks for them to return our colocated server. To this date their support phone number is unavailable, and their responsiveness to chat sessions is variable.

Hi we regretfully admit this service wasn't our best.
After an upstream provider suddenly went out of business, our access to this particular data center was restricted, by default, due to the fact our access was granted through our relationship with the aforementioned upstream provider. This was a significant complication that was beyond our control.
We had been able to solve network access within 72 hours, meaning all client services were functioning and accessible.
In order for us to regain control of the physical servers, extensive measures (which I won’t elaborate on) had to be taken. This process did take weeks of continuous outreach and follow-up to achieve, but we were able to deliver all of our clients colocated equipment to them.
Relentlessly pursuit finally paid off and the data center backed off their original position that they legally owned all of the hardware in our racks (through the contract terms they had with our upstream).
At the earliest opportunity, contact was established with this client and our team continuously kept this client abreast of the developments in this case. We do regret that we did not live up to your expectations and do wish you the best in your future endeavors.
