Service tech Dan not only showed up on time , but went above and beyond to diagnose my dryers problem . He is extremely knowledgeable and fair. I will recommend all of my friends and colleagues to use “Quick Tweak “ for all of their appliance needs ! Thank you again Dan !
They may have had good intentions but with my downdraft range and oven, I had a broiler relay that needed to be replaced on motherboard that was broken for years. Anton broke my vent when pulling out the oven, said he would send out the motherboard to third party. Made me wait 3 weeks, never sent the motherboard out because someone in his team decided to try getting a refurbished one. No idea how the motherboard was handled during that time. I asked him to return the motherboard and reinstall it. He did and refunded my money. My oven along with the broiler died after a month. So now, the broiler is still broken but now the oven is broken and I already fixed the vent he broke. Always ask these people if they solder on premise or not. Lesson learned. Never again.
Quick, efficient, and friendly service. What I needed, including great advice, at a great price and at a time that worked for me. Good communication but the best part was feeling safe having them in my home and trusting their advice!
