Quality Propane is easy to work with. If you have a tank in the area or need a tank, they can help you out. I have been using Quality Propane for our propane delivery at work since January of 2025.
They are quick to respond to service and fill calls.
If you have small forklift or bbq sized tanks give quality popane a call. You will save some money versus a tank exchange service.
Poor service all around. Used to be a really nice outfit. Now they are owned by a huge company out of Illinois.
I had them re-certify my LP tanks. One also needed a new valve. Great prices. Also they fill the 20# tanks to 20#. The quick exchange at gas's stations are only filled to 15#.

This seems like a traditional based company. Excellent customer service. All the employees I observed while visiting seem to have respect for one another and worked well as a team. Staff was friendly and customer oriented!
Both on-site reps and customer service interaction have been well above out expectations from Service Industry companies.

This could be my second review for this business. If so, I apologize but they are such a great group of people they deserve to get multiple Kudos. I would not take my propane needs anywhere else. They are highly knowledgeable which is important when dealing with propane. Don't waste your time at gas stations. These are the pro's
I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received from Dan and Chris in a recent visit.
We purchased a used popup camper and needed to fill the propane tank for the first time. We called on a Friday afternoon and needed to get to the yard fast before the team left for the weekend. When we arrived we discovered the previous owners had the tank installed facing backwards and it could not be filled. Additionally, it was attached to the trailer with two nuts and bolts that were hard to reach.
Dan and Chris made multiple trips back to the garage to get the right tools and spent 30 minutes in the heat working to get the tank off, installed properly, and filled. They had great attitudes, never complained, and went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy our weekend camping with fuel.
This was a small purchase, but we were treated like VIPs. Quality Propane has earned our business and we will be using them exclusively moving forward.
called and asked about a tank they showed up with out notice to deliver. Then refilled (2 weeks after first fill) without consent. They wanted to charge me hundreds for this but they didn't have a contract. They were suppose to get back to me but ignored me for several months and then one day randomly took the tank. Again no notice or communication. I had to report them to the attorney general to get my money back. They lack professionalism, and communication
As others have said they are HORRIBLE! They took over $300 out of my account with out prior authorization. They couldn't provide a contract and come on my property with ZERO notice-right before winter. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!
They sent me a bill for the tank rental then charged me a few hundred over the bill. They also showed up and took the tank back (after the bill was paid) with no notice. I have already disputed this with my bank. Beware.
This place is awesome! When I first bought my camper, others in the campground recommended that I bring my 30lb camper tanks as well as 20lb grill tanks here for filling. They have always been very nice and quick to get tanks filled. Additionally, it is cheaper than exchanging tanks elsewhere. A couple of years ago, I started leasing a 100lb tank for my camper so I wouldn't have to make the drive to fill tanks nearly as often. Every time I call to get the big tank filled, they get it scheduled promptly and get me topped back up. Great customer service!

I was going through a different company before, I got my house a little over a year ago and both time's the other company filled the tank it was over $900 each time and me not knowing any better and never having to fill a tank before I just assumed there all about the same, so I called the sticker on the tank. So then the 3rd time I needed my tank filled they tried telling me that they have never been to my house and they are not taking new customers due to covid19 because they would need to inspect everything prior to filling!! So here I have two receipts as proof they filled my tank and there sticker is on my tank and mind you it's freezing cold outside and now I'm in panic mood I tried to get there help and only got rudeness in return, so then lucky for me they put me through the horrible service cause then I stumbled into quality propane and I cannot say enough how grateful I am to find them. Told them what I'm going through and that my tank is down to the last drop and it's really cold outside. The lady who I talked to went out of her way to help,, I can not be more grateful. They have filled my tank 3 time's now and the gas has lasted twice as long and half the price and the customer service is excellent they are good people over there. Once again due to finances I let it get low and had to wait till payday I informed her how low it was and I'm close to running out, again she went out of her way and the next morning tank filled even though they were booked for the next 3 days. They will be the only ones I buy my propane from here on out.
