The Propane Depot team did a wonderful job installing our new 250 gallon propane tank (to fire up our home backup generator) They arrived on schedule and worked with care and cleaned up the site before they left. The tank has wireless communication with their home office so when it needs refilling, they are notified immediately.

They worked with after a house fire & a month of delays. They still came & set up perfectly & no delay charge. Now I'm tank is on a smart sensor so I don't have to check midwinter. Very happy I went with them, customer service is amazing with these guys

I had a fantastic experience working with this company and its personnel. Like many home owners, it's been a learning process to sift out the companies that care and are invested in their relationships with their customers, and those that don't. The folks at Propane Depot clearly care and it came across in many of our various interactions with different members of their team during the installation of two 1000 gallon tanks (not a small job), along with hooking them up to a new propane boiler and water heater. They are also very transparent about their pricing for propane delivery. I highly recommend them.
