Our experience with QC Kinetix seemed to be all about the money and not the patient. My wife, Phyllis, whom I urged to go to them for services (after being influenced by the multitudes of commercials that are played 100x a day). Insurance will not pay for any of their services, so we took $12,000 out of our savings in hopes for her to finally find some relief from ongoing pain she has experienced for years. Biggest mistake I ever made!!!!!! After initial consultation, and without x-raying or reviewing any previous medical records, the Asheville office was quick to draw up a contract. We agreed, with hopes that this would finally be of help, like the sales people wearing scrubs assured her that their programs could help her. Over halfway through treatment, with little to no relief at all, it was finally acknowledged that the type of issues she has, would not be able to be treated at all!!!! She would wake up in the middle of the night with so much pain that she went to the hospital, because of her shoulder, that had been being treated (poorly) by QC Kinetix. After all the treatments, ie: blood being spun into who knows what and then being re-injected into her problem areas, we are no better off now than we were upon initial consultation, and any following communication with them is another invoice after invoice. We are now out of savings, and the office is unwilling to explore any other options, in regards to finding the relief that was sold to her. It is in our best judgement that this is nothing more than a money gimmick and the whole platform of this "medical treatment" is just "doctors" trying to sell people like us what turned out to be a fake dream come true. We cannot and would not recommend their services to even our worst enemies. She is still at home, with all of her aches and pains, and a depleted savings. If someone from their office would reach out to us, we would be obliged to adjust this review, but as it stands, we don't see that happening, simply because we don't have any more money to spend with them.
