I’ve been living in the same apartment here for over five years, and have loved living here so far. I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. They are incredibly responsive, always fixing issues promptly—even in the middle of the night or on weekends.
tiny apartments, all on the ground floor level, ac system does not work properly and runs 250$ electricity bills for 2 people, the whole puffton area is not walkable and rent is more expensive than other comparable apartments like Brandywine which are in the same location. would recommend living in Brandywine over Puffton if able. despite puffton itself being walking distance from campus the sprawling layout makes it incredibly hard to walk from some apartments to the nearest bus stop.
Nice looking apartments although very over priced the maintenance is outstanding tho and always on call to fix problems though some of them ate very nosy and get into your business
We lived here for 2 years, fast service when any issues came up and we always felt 100% safe. All the facilities are well maintained and the maintenance and office staff are so friendly. If you get the chance you should definitely live in Puffton. Location is great for UMass students too.
Looking for a place where you're surrounded by loud and obnoxious children posing as young adults? A place that is constantly trashed due to excessive partying by aforementioned children? Well this is the place for you.
The rent isn’t too bad and I’ve had good memories here. A lot of the maintenance crew is very nice, though there are a few that are just downright rude. It can be hard to get things fixed sometimes, and communication also isn’t the best, but it’s a good place to live as a college student.
