I'm very pleased to have an opportunity to write a review of my experience with Booklocker. I spent many months searching for a publisher to publish my book. I spoke with many but the one that was at the forefront was this incredible team at Booklocker. I had been burned in the past by a publisher and had a hard time trusting the many many that i spent months qualifying for my project. following many disappointments, I just had an unsettled gut feeling and realized finding and honest true publisher was not going to be easy. I received an email follow up from one of my inquires, It was Angela from Booklocker following our discussion, Angela was the one! she was very knowledgeable, professional, and upfront. I finally found the one i believed was the right fit for me. I will close with this, After working with Angela and the entire Booklocker team, I Know now that i selected the best of the best. In your journey, be aware of what i learned the hard way. There are many fake scammer people that claim to be legit publishers and are very good sales people and will convince you they are the one for you but are only scamming you. With that! I have partnered with Booklocker on 3 books, a novel (American Season), a collection of short stories (A Thanksgiving Bear) and a non-fiction book on catering (Catering Complete). I have found their technical wizardry and friendly, efficient service to be first class. There is an almost immediate turnaround with all communications, and a very clear and easy-to-understand methods for completing the different phases to see a book in print or to eBook. If you are looking for a Print-On-Demand service for your work, I can't recommend Booklocker any higher.

My experience with A***** and the rest of the Booklocker team has been nothing short of exhilarating. They have renewed my sense of faith in the publishing world again. After I had a very bad experience with my last publisher I was ready to give up my dream until the day that I had met A***** on Facebook. We began chatting in a group chat, and then I did my research on the company. The first day I began talking with A*****, I shared my story with her and what I had just been through over the last year and finding out that my last publisher was a scam, she assured me that her company was about putting a stop to that kind of thing and helping authors like me find their voice again. In the last few months of first meeting A*****, we have had countless conversations, and her and the rest of the team helped make the whole publishing experience seamless. They can do so much for you that saves so much time and energy. The team works very well together and the communication creates a smooth workflow. This was my second experience with a book publisher, and I was totally satisfied with the help I received and the finished product. The communication back and forth was very helpful and everyone involved gave me the feeling that my book project was important. I liked the fact that I was able to proceed on my own timetable and was encouraged to do things when required. I can’t even find enough words for excellence to describe my experience with Booklocker (which is pretty unusual for a professional writer!). The team at Booklocker exceeded my expectations for every task associated with book publishing. I published my second book with this group and the process was much more streamlined, straightforward and efficient than publishing my first book alone on Amazon. Now my new book is listed on more platforms than I even knew existed. A**** marketing advice is practical and helpful for authors, and each member of the team made me feel special and appreciated. I found Booklocker through a lot of research due to my nature as a writer and because there are far too many scams out there from “publishers” claiming to be located in places that they are not, making promises they don’t keep. I highly recommend the tier package which is all inclusive so that you can be sure that the publication of your book will be taken care of in a professional manner, from A-Z within the time frame allocated. I give a 5 stars plus to Booklocker and their team!

I have nine books so far published by Booklocker, and can think of no other I would rather be affiliated with. They not only make your book shine, get it out to all venues and booksellers, and back it to the hilt, but take the time to provide free advice as to how to make the experience pay off for writers in their stable. As for quality? They are the best at providing exactly what they say they will provide, don't attempt "up-sells", and are more family than anything else. I've published with two others who charged enormous amounts and cannot understand how Booklocker can profit. They take only what they need to get your book into print and watch over it until it hits the market. All the rest is on you to do, with a healthy boost of advice from the Booklocker specialists. I will continue to publish with them until I run out of ideas, or until I expire. Whichever comes first.

I am a first time author and wrote a memoir about my experiences working with IBM in Asia as a software engineer back in the era of mainframe computers. My intention was to use ****** ****** ********** ***** to produce an ebook for listing on ******, but I struggled with their difficult editing tools and lack of customer support. A friend referred me to BookLocker, which he had recently used and was pleased with the outcome. I did some checking on their service offerings, and that of a few of their competitors. After a few brief email exchanges with Angela, I became convinced they would likely take good care of me and make my first time journey into publishing less stressful. This turned out to be true. It took about 5 weeks from when I signed up and submitted my first final draft to seeing the book in print and available on ****** and Barnes & Noble. The team at BookLocker performed all the editing and layout, and provided useful tips on cleaning up the content. I hadn’t planned on having a paperback version, but am so glad it came with the BookLocker package as it feels good to have something physical to hold and touch and show to others. They also provided good advice about setting up an author’s website using WordPress, which I did following their guidelines and am happy with the results as it will help with my book marketing. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my publishing experience and would strongly recommend BookLocker to first time authors who want to see their creative efforts turn into a public work at a reasonable price and without the stress of dealing with ***.

Don't ask me how (a bit of magic?) but BookLocker turned the scary prospect of self-publishing into a smooth and manageable process, from step 1, submitting the manuscript, to the beautiful print book I now hold in my hands. I wouldn't change a thing! Todd, the graphic designer, incorporated my own ideas for the book cover but made them better. The clarity of the many images is excellent, and the paper, print quality, and binding are just what I wanted. I was a little apprehensive about entrusting my autobiography to the BookLocker team. As a naturally "hands-on" person, my mindset has always been: "If you want something done right, do it yourself." This philosophy led me to self-publish fifteen of my books. But this one was different. It was deeply personal, and I wanted it done right. Relinquishing control was a big step for me. From the very beginning, Ali put me at ease, and any lingering doubts I had quickly melted away. However, it still wasn't easy to let go and trust someone else with the publishing process. Thankfully, Ali’s professionalism made all the difference. Working with Justin was a pleasure. His "can-do" attitude and expert advice on formatting were invaluable. He handled everything so seamlessly that I felt my "baby" was in very capable hands. And then there’s Todd—what a genius! Although I had sent him a cover design I was happy with, he made one small tweak that transformed it into something truly remarkable. His expertise really elevated the final product. Finally, the proof paperback I received from the printer was simply beautiful. The attention to detail and quality exceeded my expectations.

This is my first experience with BookLocker, although I am an author with seven books previously published by *************** ***** ***** *** **** ****. I was wary of self-publishing, but soon discovered that Angela and her team delivered everything they promised and more. To begin, I want to commend the entire crew for maintaining excellent communication as the process unfolded. I also couldn't be more pleased with my book cover. My experience when dealing with traditional publishers was that I had little or no input as to the imagery and design. This was a very different experience. Working with Todd E****, the BookLocker graphic artist, we came up with an eye-grabbing cover, which I'm hopeful will sell books. As I mentioned in the beginning, I was an author with a literary agent and formerly looked down my nose at self-published books. But times and the market have changed in a huge way. I'm proud of my self-published book and I have an audience waiting to read it. I'm looking forward to pursuing further projects with BookLocker and thank them for their professionalism and congeniality.

Angela and the entire Booklocker team have once again outdid themselves! I just finished publishing my 7th historical fiction novel with Booklocker and would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting their book on the market. They offer the highest author royalties for the lowest production costs and their highly skilled team gets it done with minimal fuss. I am always amazed at what their cover graphic artist comes up with! Todd always goes above and beyond. This time he incorporated a personal design of mine on the cover and his attention to detail was outstanding. I will use Booklocker again and I recommend them highly.
