I was told it was going to be delivered on Friday. I could never get an update from Rachel. On Friday i finally got a text message from a random number saying the earliest delivery would be Monday. I had to schedule someone to be here with a skid to unload and will now cost me more to unload on Monday!

Poor follow-up after safety issue Everything seemed fine at first, and the playground looked great until one of the bars came loose. Since then, we’ve made calls and sent emails but still haven’t received any response or help to fix the issue. I strongly recommend looking for a more reliable company to avoid such problems with your playground.

We hired Pro Playgrounds to install a shade structure for us. As a community organization, it can be difficult to make everything line up, but Pro Playgrounds did an excellent job meeting our needs. I would highly recommend Pro Playgrounds if you have any sort of shade structure or playground needs. They are a breeze to work with and have great communication! Edit: We worked with them on a second project, and they were equally as great to work with on that second project.
