Property SPV sorted the backlog, then took over the whole thing going forward. Quick, Clear, and Accurate Service was prepping our spv for sale and the buyer's solicitor flagged our share structure as a bit unwieldy. got property spv to do a share reorganisation and they were quick to respond and clear about what forms were needed. only slight niggle is i had to prompt them once for an update near the end, but the actual work was accurate and compliant, no complaints there.
