We loved the well equipped condo. It was as described, spacious and beautiful. It was close to the beach, centro, restaurants and walkable. The hosts Willy and Gama were excellent to deal with and attentive. We were disappointed with the pigeon droppings on the patio around the plunge pool.

Pros: Great condo, Seemed slightly smaller in person than in pictures, as often happens. Lovely overall.Nice pool and grounds.10 min walk to beach.Convenience store across the street.Exc. communication.Cons: For our 5-day stay, for each of 2 bathrooms, 1 wash cloth, 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel, 2 small rolls of toilet paper were provided. In addition to 2 pool towels. No paper towels in unit. So bring disposable wash cloths with you. Plan to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. We used a/c only when first entering apartment at setting 21 or 22, for 1 hour or so and increasing settings to 23-24 and using ceiling fans most of the time we spent in condo, with air off after 2 hours. We were gone from condo approx 6-7 hours a day, with everything turned off. We still were slightly over the allotted KWh, even with a power outage for several hours. So watch your power usage as they suggest in the ad.
Having Property Matters by my side is truly a huge win. I have a property in Bucerias that Maria and her wonderful team manage, and choosing them was honestly the best decision I’ve made. They are super professional, always helpful, and they handle every issue with so much care—my building had many problems, and they took care of everything as if it were their own home.

Going to be year 5 for my wife and myself staying in the garden suite. We just love it there and could not be happier. Maria and her assistant Gamma take care of any thing we ask about. The housekeeping is a added bonus and done nice. 5 Star all day and great location and property is well taken care of.

I had an amazing stay at the Nuevo Vallarta Garden Suite! The suite is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The private garden area is such a peaceful spot to relax, and the whole place feels like a little oasis.
The location is perfect—safe, quiet, and just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and everything you need. Check-in was seamless, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.
What really stood out was the attention to detail: great A/C, fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again!

The unit was clean and just like the photos. We appreciated the plunge pool on the balcony. Great spot for morning coffee and end of the day to relax. Rooftop pool was lovely, gorgeous view and we met some nice people. Location was close to restaurants, shopping and bus stops to Sayulita and La Cruz. We walked everywhere! A block from the beach, and beach access at the end of the building. Highly recommend!
