I've made several moves and this was by far the best moving experience ever. Joe and team (Jesse, Jose, Sergio, and Daniel) were awesome. We needed some heavy, bulky furniture moved from our first floor to our second floor and the team found a way to safely hoist all of the pieces (one of which was a 250-lb solid wood table top). They were extremely professional, friendly, and careful not to damage our glass railing. Highly recommend.

Joe and Jesse helped me move from Newport Beach to mid Los Angeles today. They were absolutely polite, friendly and amazing! They made this move so much easier as someone who lives alone. I would recommend this company and these movers to everyone else. They are extremely efficient and plan well. The coordinating was phenomenal considering I live in such a busy part of the city. They definitely know what they are doing and I would definitely use these movers again.

Really happy with the service from this moving company. From the beginning, they were professional, organized, and made sure everything went smoothly. Jose deserves a special shoutout for his hard work and great attitude. He was careful with our belongings, worked efficiently, and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Pro Movers are seriously the best moving company that I have ever used and I have moved across states and within cities and this was a local move and I had no references on moving companies. When I called other moving company for quotes, I didn't feel like the other companies was focused on the customer and the reason why I say this is because I was not able to get clarity on a rate or a clear time estimate. I saw a Pro Movers truck drive by one day when I was shopping and I searched Google and Pro Movers and I called them and I immediately felt that they were interested, concerned , and had the desire really help me with my move -- they explained the company's model which included a discount for a senior citizen and they were just nice and friendly over the phone.. Payden C. and the moving team were professional, caring, on-time, very experienced with moves , and very nice. Payden, Daniel S. and did an absolutely excellent job. I let them do what they do best and I will definitely recommend ProMovers to others when the opportunity presents itself. I very seldomly write reviews and I just want to share my experience and sincere appreciation to Pro Movers especially Payden and Daniel for their time, help, and dedication to make sure that I was very satisfied and happy with the work. I apologize that I don'recall the name of the other team thar was there earlier. One last thing, they safely prepared and wrapped glass and mirrored furniture!!! Thank you Pro Movers.
