Pro-Master Cleaning & Restoration Reviews

Diane Sonefeld 2026.10.21

I’ve been using ProMaster for years to clean my carpets. Every technician has always been professional, friendly and efficient. They get out every stain I point out. Craig was telling me about how he’s always taking classes to learn all he can. I’m happy to see how ProMaster has grown over the years. Great company!

A pair of very nice men came on time and reviewed the project with us. Then they went to work steadily until completed. There were necessary questions asked by me a couple times during their work and they were happy to clear them up. Very satisfied with the carpets, rugs and chairs they cleaned. Like new!! Highly recommend.
