A pair of very nice men came on time and reviewed the project with us. Then they went to work steadily until completed. There were necessary questions asked by me a couple times during their work and they were happy to clear them up. Very satisfied with the carpets, rugs and chairs they cleaned. Like new!! Highly recommend.
