The older lady at the register is rude with slick mouth. You’re in customer service if you not going to have mannerisms you should be in the back cooking. You chose who to speak to and give attitude. Tread lightly when walking into establishment and make you check food before leave because they put it in the bag any kind of way.

Tropical island restaurant has gone down these past few years. Ever since they upgraded the restaurant from the old one the customer service has gone down and the food quality. And they have “favorites” with certain customers they let customers skip the line while I had to wait in line just for one item. It’s disappointing to see how things work in this restaurant. Most likely will not be coming back.

Very disappointed in the haitian food, place looks good, very well presented. First time i have ever been disappointed in a haitian restaurant food. Sad to even have to write this. Bought a macaroni and drove 1.5 hours home and by the time i tried to eat it… it was spoiled and rotten🥲

Sunday29 I came in place in order I proficiently ask this man I would like a grillo soft with a passion juice. He said OK I said OK and then I want to go sit down and wait as I’ve been waiting. I’ve been watching him. I waited for almost 30 minutes during a phone call he picked up was talking to A Customer and looked over and seen me was licking at him and then remember I ordered a food and then I asked him I would like my grill to be soft. It was not soft. It’s been Sitting and it was cold and then he tried to make it look like it just came in and now I was trying to give it to me. I did not want it. I physically asked for my money back and left. I used to come here eight times today made my ninth and my last night.
