After getting outrageous quotes from different contractors (between $11k and $16k) to change my vanity’s countertop from tile to a stone slab and paint the cabinet, I decided to paint it myself and work directly with a countertop factory. I asked AI for recommendations and Pro-Granite was the top choice. I’m extremely grateful I found them. They did an excellent job! Now, the best part was working with Yana, she’s the front desk lady, to me she was my project manager. First, she got my measures and got me a quote within the hour. With Home Depot I could only afford a synthetic stone, with Pro-Granite I got quartz. Yana explained the options and helped me make the best choice. Every time I called, she was very pleasant and helpful. True customer service. The guys removed the old countertop, then Mike got the laser measures and was super patient with me as I tried to understand the choices I had. Then Luis and Pablo installed the slab. They did a neat job, better than expected. At the end, with this project and even replacing the mirror with 2 separate mirrors and hiring an electrician to replace and old long light fixtures with 2 separate ones in my bathroom, I’m so please with the results and everything was around $3k. I had ProGranite Surfaces install Quartz countertops in my Master bathroom and Soapstone in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. I did a complete remodel of my home (down to the studs) and will say that this company was by far the easiest to work with and their finished product exceeded my expectations.
It started with Alena helping me select the materials. She was knowledgeable about the products and while I was there she was able to show me the proposed layout and provide pricing. Other companies took anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to provide an estimate and they did not provide a visual of the layout on the actual material as Alena did.
Then came the templates and Michael did an amazing job. My layout is a bit odd and he took his time to capture all the detail he needed to ensure the install was flawless. During the meeting he also provided information on what to expect next with the installation.
Moving on to the installation, which was coordinated by Arthur. He worked with my tight schedule to have the fabrication done and installed within my timeline. There was a manufacturing issue with the kitchen Quartz material (not ProGranite's fabrication) that I'd selected so I switched to Soapstone. ProGranite pivoted and was still able to meet my timeline. The installers (Denver, Jonathan, Luis and Pablo) were wonderful. The countertops look amazing and when the install was complete they took the time to provide information on how to care for both the Quartz and the Soapstone materials. I appreciated that they wanted to ensure my countertops would continue to look as amazing as they did on that first day.

I am so please with ProGranite. I did shop around and found ProGranite to be priced better than most the competitors. Yana helped us with the estimate, and she listened to all my concerns about price and matching the veining on the Quartz material I pick out. My first install was our Kitchen countertop and backsplash. The Project manager I was using stated the one seam that had to be placed was one of the best jobs he had seen. They did a great job matching the veining. That was a big concern of mine. The installers Luis & Pablo were professional and efficient. Great to work with! The finished job was beautiful. I was so happy with the kitchen install I decided to use ProGranite again for my bathroom vanity countertop.
This time I worked with Alena for the estimate. I picked out Soapstone. She also listened to my concerns about pricing and placement of the countertop material. She was very fair and I was pleased with the final price.
Luis and Pablo did the install again. They were great to work with. I even brought my neighbor over while they were still there to see the finished product. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new countertops!

First time experience
Pro Granite just installed a kitchen for our clients and the installation team could not have been better. The installation was on the third floor and with meticulous precision they boomed the slabs into the unit without any issues. Vinny was the lead and was patient, clear and focused with his team as the installation commenced. Recently hired Progranite Surfaces to replace countertop surfaces in our home with quartzite slab material and are very happy with the results and the experience of working with them. Overall, Progranite delivered on all of our expectations while ensuring the job was completed on-time, on-budget, and to our satisfaction. Everyone we worked and interacted with at Progranite were professional and repeatedly demonstrated their knowledge and experience to ensure the project would be completed successfully.
Prior to signing the contract with Progranite we read their reviews, toured their shop, and spoke at length with Andrew about the process and things to consider about the selection and installation of the countertop material. Andrew was patient and answered each and every question we thought of, and even some he raised for us, helping to ensure we were comfortable choosing Progranite to do the work. One aspect of the project that we were concerned about was the demolition work of the project given the state of our existing countertops, but we shouldn’t have been - the demolition crew was great and ensured that their work was done properly and with minimal mess - they took care while doing the work, and ensured that they left the rooms as they found them when they were done for the day. Communication with Progranite was great during the process and they provided renderings to show how the slabs would be cut and laid out, further answering questions as we tried to visualize how the work would look when completed.
When it came time to install the quartzite countertop material, we couldn’t have been in better hands with Vinny, the head installer on site. He was meticulous and took great care to ensure that the countertops were installed to both his satisfaction and to ours, frequently double-checking with us as to our preferences for fit and finish, and leveraging his experience and attention to detail to offer us his suggestions. Our interaction made it clear he had as much of a vested interest in the finished work as we did. I will also add that the schedule for the project was clearly explained and was accurately adhered to, ensuring that we were able to schedule other remodel work during their process and not encounter any issues or delays.
The finished results are amazing and we’re very pleased with the look of the newly installed countertops. Without hesitation we would recommend Progranite Solutions to others and look forward to working with them again on a future project.

Absolutely great experience working with all the folks at ProGranite Surfaces, who put in my long-overdue Dekton kitchen countertop. My first contact with them was meeting with the Mark, the project manager. He made it shockingly smooth and seamless to lay out the work to be done, get all the players coordinated, articulately address all of my questions (even the stupid ones), give me reasonable and accurate expectations for the timing of each step, let me know just what I needed to do to prep the kitchen for each phase of the work, and promptly and clearly respond all along the way as new clarifications would occur to me. Right on schedule, Max arrived to measure the kitchen for the creation of the countertop template. Max was also very friendly and thorough as he made precise measurements and checked in with me frequently regarding my preferences for the fine details of the finished countertop. The installers, Vinny and Gonzalo, arrived with the new counter exactly when expected. Not only was the final result perfect, but they expertly handled a couple of unanticipated minor complexities, had great and open communication with me throughout the install process, very carefully protected all kitchen equipment and existing surfaces, and finished with spotless clean-up. Very thoughtful, expert, and conscientious work!! Every aspect of ProGranite Surfaces' work was conducted with unambiguous communication, reliability, friendliness, and strong work ethic. The project tuned out much better than I ever imagined, from work quality to final result. I feel very fortunate that they did this job! Can't recommend them more highly!!

We just received our 2nd and final order from pro granite. They have been so wonderful to work with. Never had a single issue, the whole team is great from the awesome delivery guys, Pablo and Louis, to Arthur in the fab shop , great communication, to the girls at the front desk. Thanks to Mia too. It took me a long time to find a countertop location that I could simply send in a blueprint and will-call a counter, and this place handled that request with amazing accuracy. They allowed me to drop off my sink for mounting and I was able to pick up the countertop a week later. Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Next time I want a countertop it will be from here!
