Doing our first event together in the USA, as an overseas client, I was of course a little apprehensive - no need ! Phoenix and Brian at ProCore were 'on it' - key things that matter as well as equipment were the positive can do attitude, ability to modify and respond to changes, punctuality and accountability and of course delivery of the conference. We engaged ProCore Productions and Phoenix Quinn very late in the game for some additional video support, he didn’t miss a beat in getting us what we needed. Things often change on an event; we had some client driven moves that he made happen with a smile. You can rent the same equipment from anyone; it is however the can-do spirit and drive to make the client happy that is sometimes hard to find, and they were perfect. We will definitely be connecting with Phoenix when we return to San Diego.

We engaged them to help with a video wall and floor, and be present at the show to make sure everything was working properly. But they helped with so much more - from booth logistics to printing booth graphics, applying booth graphics, making their warehouse available for deliveries, and SO MUCH MORE. Working with ProCore on our recent event was one of the best decisions we made throughout our series of activations across the country. Phoenix, our main point of contact throughout the entire process, was such a delight to work with. He was cost effective, extremely professional, and went completely out of his way to help us out during last minute changes and when the venue wanted to communicate with him directly. He did all of this while also having a smile on his face. You really cannot find anyone better. We were planning our American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Ontario, California. Our stage vendor told us they couldn't do our early morning set up only weeks before the event. I contacted ProCore Productions and they said they could do it. I was so relieved. On the day of the event, they showed up on time at 5:00 am and were set up within an hour. They were very helpful during our event assisting our volunteer speakers. They helped make the event a success. I look forward to working with them in the future.

We hired ProCore Productions to take on an extravagant, out of the box and private party for one of our VIP clients. The show consisted of drum lines, live bands, opera singers, baton twirlers and dancers. We wanted to make everyone look wonderful and have unique looks and sounds throughout the course of this immersive experience. From Day 1, ProCore showed up with a YES attitude, creative spirit and blew us out of the water. They were incredible partners in creating an unforgettable experience for our clients.
