Printnova Reviews

Shani 2026.10.16

Picked up the signs for our market stall today, for our little family business. Stellar job. These guys know what they're doing and are so chill and easy to deal with, nothing was a hassle. So happy with how the signs came out. Thanks legends, see you in a couple of weeks for our thank-you cards. 🤙🏽

" What's your name for godsake??? " Is the response I received to my enquiry from ' Nichola W' I had inquired about using their services on a repeat and long-term basis, to which they said they would get back to me with further information. When prompted a few days later, I was met by Nicola, who was rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. Her last email was simply the first line above. I was inquiring on behalf of my business and therefore my business signature was showing rather than my personal name. This is the response I received

We are disappointed by this review and would like to clarify our experience. Our team exchanged several emails with you in an effort to understand your enquiry and find a solution. During that correspondence, we asked nine times for the name of the person we were speaking with, but no name was provided. We only learned it when this review was posted.

Our IT team also flagged the correspondence as potential spam, which made it difficult for us to verify the enquiry. We take genuine feedback seriously and remain willing to discuss the matter directly if you contact us with your details.

I recently invited Printnova to print work I had completed on the 1974 Newcastle Under 18 rugby league team. Printnova employees, Millie, Dan & Monroe guided me through the process with ultra professionalism. Then, after 12 business days, presented the completed work. I remain very satisfied with the pleasant manner & absolute tolerance they showed me during the time we had a working relationship. Thank you Printnova/employees. Tim Carroll

Unquestionably the best place online to buy business cards. I've tried a few and these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Excellent product and unrivaled service - and less than half the price of some quotes I got. A great firm to do business with and a great product, thoroughly recommended!
