Zach, Khamil, and Malcolm came to level the trailer today. Thank you! They were fast, courteous, and helpful. Trevena is always helpful on the phone also, thank you for always being there! Their service seems to be 'top notch', haha. I recommend top notch leveling for your leveling needs. Call Trevena today and make an appointment. We will renew for the third year coming, of service with them. No regrets. Thank you top notch!

Worst contractor experience of my life! These people do more damage to the house than good. These were supposed to level my home and resort it. I had them out over and over and after a year from the original service they finally got my doors to work. In the process they cracked my Sheetrock over almost every door and in many corners of most rooms as well as around electrical outlets. The crews at this location do horrible work! Only one service man seemed to know what he was doing. The skirting project was just as disappointing! And Don’t bother trying to get Jeremy (one of the partners I’m told) to come help! Jeremy showed up on time, completed a thorough inspection, created a plan to address our issues and sent us an estimate before he left. On our scheduled date, the crew showed up on time, explain what they were going to do, went over the plan that Jeremy created and got to work. The worked efficiently, while checking their work from the inside and out. They found several issues that were not on the original plan. They came and showed us these issues and told us what they were going to do and did it. When they were finished they showed us what was done, cleaned up everything and reminded us of the warranty. Excellent work, very professional crew and hard workers. We recommend this company very highly.

The previous owners had used Top Notch Mobile Home to level the home a year earlier and we noticed a gap in the bedrooms. Jeremy came out and took a look at what was going on. Even though we were the new owners and the contract was a couple of days from expiring, honored it and sent out a crew to fix the problem. Brian and his crew did an amazing job of fixing the problem. I will call them again for all my needs. Thanks so much for everything! 12/16/2025 Trevor and his crew came out and releveled the house. They did an excellent job. They added an extra 10 piers so we won't have the sagging issues on the front and back anymore. Thanks for a great job!

Bryce and his crew did an amazing job. The lady at the office said it would take three hours, but they finished in about an hour and a half. Bryce was very friendly Knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend anybody that has a mobile home to this company

I have been a customer of Top Notch since December 2023. I spent a lot of money to replace leaking front windows and the wall that was damaged. I even replaced additional windows in April 2024, to help prevent what happened to my front window/room. They have been back multiple times to recaulk. However, to this day, all the windows leak during heavy rains/winds. It's very disappointing. Everyone is super friendly whenever I deal with anyone. But communication isn't great. Yo have windows that both still leak, and started leaking after replacement is concerning. I've already had to replace one entire wall due to window leaks (the reason I originally contracted with them). It has me deeply worried about what is happening behind the walls with these continued leaks, and why they have not been able to get them under control. I've waited so long to post this in the hopes that the issues were resolved since the last caulking, but the last big rainstorm proved the windows are still leaking. At this point I have no idea if it's an installation issue, caulking or something else.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! The communication was outstanding. Trevena responded promptly and professionally and provided timely reminders and updates. Jeremy’s quote was well within my expectations based on my research of industry standards. Not only did he provide the quote he explained the quote: what was going on with the house and what it needed. Trevor and Kamil leveled the house beautifully. There was also a walk-through to make sure the doors were working well and that everything was to my satisfaction. I was also reminded again at the very end that there is a warranty on the leveling for one year and to please call if there are any issues. I initially filled out a form through the website to be contacted for a quote. The company responded the next business day. From the very beginning through this entire process, everything has been smooth and professional. Very well done!!! Thank you so very much for your service. You are the gold standard to which all companies should aspire.

This is just a warning to anyone considering having these guys at your house. I had them level my house, skirt my house and lay underpinning and insulation in my house and all were shoddy work. My skirting came down by a not very high wind and I payed for "wind bracing", called them back to fix it and it was just as bad so I ended up fixing it myself. My leveling came out of level in about 8 Mos and it was worse than it was before they came out then they did it again and it only lasted for another 6 Mos and don't even get me started on my underpinning and insulation under my house I went to redo the subfloor in my kitchen and when I pulled it up there was no insulation so I told them just stay away from my house. If you use these people CHECK THEIR WORK. Thanks for nothing Top notch that name is an oxymoron trust me because it's more like Bottom notch. Horrible workmanship and pride in what you do. BUYER BEWARE!! They need negative stars.

Zach did our retrofitting and Benny took care of the skirting and bracing . This all in the matter of a week . Update 10/1/2025 I have to brag on this team again. Eddie and his colleague came out and leveled my door in one hour. They were very professional and courteous. They told me to call them if I ever have any issues to give them a call and they will come help even though they come from over 4 hours away. Very pleased that they have a 2 year warranty. Travina helped with scheduling the service and she was always very quickly responsive and helpful. I cannot give enough praise to this team. I recommend them for anyone who needs these services. Top Notch Mobile Home Services did work on my home today. It was recapped, leveled and tied down. The guys that came worked hard all day and did a fantastic job. I never will use any other company . They are trust worthy very polite and they put everything back the way it was.
