Eating lunch at Primero is an experience you don’t want to miss! If you’re looking for real, delicious, high-quality food, this is the place to be. We let the chef choose our dishes throughout the entire meal, and I have to say that every single course was incredible. Everything was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and a true delight from start to finish!
Si quieres disfrutar de comida auténtica, deliciosa y de gran calidad, este es tu lugar. Además, durante toda la comida dejamos que el chef eligiera los platos por nosotros, y tengo que decir que cada uno de ellos fue increíble. Todo estaba perfectamente preparado, lleno de sabor y cuidado al detalle. Ademas, algo que recalcar es que no tardo nada en sacarnos la comida! ¡Una experiencia gastronómica inolvidable de principio a fin!
Det er nu 4. gang jeg spiser på Primero. Altid hyggelig stemning. De bedste cocktails i byen. Menu-kortet er ændret til lidt mindre retter siden sidst jeg var der. Så kan man med fordel bestille flere retter som man kan dele - det gjorde vi. For det er svært at vælge mellem de mange lækre ting på menukortet. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra….
Really excellent spanish food. Not just tapas, they also have main dishes as well. We didnt try any “pintxos” but we did have the pa am tomaquet with jamon iberico and with tuna. I recommend the tuna one over the ham one as the flavors were better. The ham one lacked seasoning. The ham croquetas were very good though. You can order them by piece so we had three. The Spanish tortilla with jamon and caviar was excellent and my wife enjoyed her salmon miso entree. Service was extremely friendly and efficient. Very nice dining area with white table cloths and real candles at each table. I always appreciate a restaurant with a large wall mirror as well so that you dont feel as youre just staring at a wall. They have a giant wall mirror so it really makes the space feel larger. I had a very nice Negroni cocktail here as well. Overall its a great option for dinner.
Vi har nu besøgt jer 2 gange, og det har begge gange været en rigtig god oplevelse.
Vi elsker stedet, som vi kender gennem tidligere ejer.
Eneste ulempe er den lidt dårlige akustik, og så synes vi, at prislejet er lige lovlig højt. Var det ikke 245 kr. for 3 asparges på en lille halveret squash med lidt ost på? Det smagte himmelsk, skal dog siges. Prislejet afspejles i de 4 stjerner.
Man bør kunne vælge mellem stegte kartofler og pommes frites uden at skulle betale merspris.
Vi kommer dog igen, når hovedretterne ændres.

Primero CPH is such place. Nothing less. - Now visited two times for dinner!! . Book in advance!!

We had different dishes and tried a little bit of everything uhmm uhmmm uhmm. I already know what I'm going to try next time.
