slightly tired room with updated bathroom right by a main road but surprisingly quiet. Good breakfast including gluten free but some confusion over dinner being gluten free as they were very busy with a coach trip on a set menu. Friendly staff and our bikes kept secure. Would use again.
Purtroppo dopo anni di frequentazione senza mai problemi , dopo aver prenotato giovedì scorso, una volta arrivati abbiamo trovato l hotel chiuso,contattato del personale presente (dichiaratosi guardiano ) con modi che dire scortesi e’ essere buoni ,ci è stato detto che non potevamo restare e di arrangiarci. Spero sia stato una cosa unica, mi spiacerebbe non poter più tornare , certamente dopo che qualcuno si scusi con noi.
Un servizio scadente maleducato l’uomo e aggressivo alla reception molto scortese e scorretta anche la donna straniera bionda carissimo e con molta incuria sia come struttura interna che esterna più di 70 euro senza colazione a notte quando per fortuna con colazione compresa ho trovato molto meglio da tutti i punti di vista x un prezzo molto più onesto.

È stato quasi affascinante osservare come la sua instabilità riesca a oscurare completamente il servizio offerto. Mi rincuora sapere, dal confronto con altri, che la sua accoglienza 'particolare' sia un marchio di fabbrica coerente e non un caso isolato. Un consiglio: l'educazione non è un optional, ma la base del suo lavoro. Buona fortuna, ne avrà bisogno."

Oh hell no, never again
So, my wife found this place om Travel link. She choose it because of the pool and spa, since we have a son, so he had options. But nowhere does it say anywhere that you have to pay 35€ per person, per day for using it. You are tild that when you arrive. Thats what I pay for all 3 of us walking into a waterpark with slides and what not. When my wife told the lady, that these charges are not to be seen anywhere online, she said: I am not to blame for what others before have wrote. Well no, but you have the time now to change it so ppl wont feel like they have been lied to. Anyway the pictures online are when it was fresh, now its a rundown place, with moldy spots in shower. Far from worthy of its stars. I cannot recommend, and we will not come back here.
