I hired them to update an existing Shopify site for $1000. They demanded more and more money with the typical grace of an Indian call center. After 3 weeks, $4600 and no progress they shackled me to a supervisor supposedly named David Jones. He worked with me only on the condition that I remove my reviews. They drown their bad reviews with fake reviews on Yelp and scam advisor.
In typical India call center fashion they blame me for their lack of action. They refuse to talk about a refund. I am filing complaints with the FCC and BBB.
In total I've lost $4600 and countless sales. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I write this truthful review somewhat reluctantly. I feel very silly for believing that Premium Web Stop would ever deal with me sincerely and honestly. They promised me a full refund, which I never received. They promised me Christmas Keywords, (paid for) but never received. They promised me administrative passwords and details, which I never received. There were several promotional products which I purchased the rights to but never received the details such as product merchant, shipping details, and pricing.
To me, honesty is important. As various claims and promises began to fall by the wayside, people like James Mellori and Eric nelson became harder and harder to get in touch with. The promises of Mr. Bill Rofloc and Mr. Adam Harris came to mean nothing.
The folks at Premium Web Stop simply ignored most of my claims and concerns. I now feel at peace, having done my part to warn others about their shady business practices.
THEY ARE A SCAM! BEWARE!! They will only call you when they are trying to sell you something. They will never show their faces. You will hear all sorts of different accents. They will claim they have multiple offices and that they are in CA or NY. Don't use them - you will lose money and you will be providing them critical information that they could misuse.
You will never get a penny back. I am filing a complaint with FTC as well, but my research shows everything on their website in terms of address et al is fake. They are likely operating from off-shore so good luck trying to get your money back.

I would like to file a serious complaint against Premium Web Stop. .
After paying them over $4,000.00 to create a profitable weight loss website, I am left with almost nothing. In December of 2023, Premium Web Stop failed to furnish me with the Christmas keywords they promised. I made a final payment to them of $300. They never produced any keywords, and I made no profit from the website. After that, they refused to speak with me at all.
Premium Web Stop has also refused to supply me with any of the required information I have requested. This information includes administrative passwords and usernames. I also paid for other products to sell on my site. Premium Web Site has produced no such information even though I've paid for such info and services quite a while ago. I have commissioned another web design company to fix the many problems and concerns Premium Web Stop has left me with. The problem is Premium Web stop will not release the administrative information (administrative password and username) required to make the needed changes to the web site. Dealing with this company was quite difficult, because there seemed to be a constant need for more money. Having never designed a site previously, I came to believe their many promises and outright lies. Not much progress ever took effect on my site (WeightlossConcern.com.) Various accounts they controlled have never been passed over to me. When they found they could cheat me out of no more money, they simply stopped returning my calls. Their various representatives simply refused to speak with me and ignored my many calls and texts. If you are looking for a company that will honestly work with you in helping to make your website dream a reality, keep looking! Don't even consider Premium Web Stop. They will make lots of promises, offer great ideas and concepts, and then leave you high and dry after milking you for all the money they can trick you out of. They will lie to you and promise anything they need just to get your money!
Buyer beware! I am so sorry I worked with these guys. They promise big things, end up being more expensive than they originally state, and then add more and more charges as you go along, all while keeping what they have worked on hostage. READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT ON THEIR SITE before agreeing to work with them. I am close to $1500 in the hole and I designed mostly everything myself. If you look at the reviews on their site, you can tell they wrote all of them. SCAM!
