Alex and the team did a great job. They turned up on time, completed the job swiftly and cleaned up afterwards. We especially appreciated the clear advice and direction they provided regarding our water issue, it gave us real confidence in their experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Premier again for any future work on our home.
Had them restump my house, and they left my house looking like a brothel. Everything inside was covered in dirt, cigarette butts on the floor, dirty hand prints on walls. It is absolutely disgusting. Alex told me to arrange a local cleaner and he would pay the invoice, but he stopped responding when he was sent the bill, and he never paid it. Cannot be trusted.
**In response to your response below, there were no other renovations going on. You removed the floorboards....**

Thank you for your feedback. As a restumping company, our work is focused solely on the subfloor and the replacement of stumps. If renovations are being carried out from inside the house—such as the removal of floorboards—there may be some unavoidable dust and debris. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control as it's part of the renovation process. We always aim to complete our work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We appreciate your understanding.
I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and his team who undertook the job of reblocking my house foundations with skill and efficiency. Everyone involved was cordial and polite, always punctual and very hard working.

Thank you Alex for the job you and your team completed for us.
We had Alex's team to help us on underpinning and releveling. The team did a great job on underpinning, they were very caucious on the pipes underground and digged around it. Their work were solid. The team Sam, Kanu, Varno and other people that I cannot name were very nice, punctual, helpful. Alex's communication was great, kept us informed along the journey. He was also very patient to answer our questions and tried his best to make us happy. Thank you Alex and your team for the great work!
We recently had the good fortune of consulting with Alex from Premier Restumping regarding repair to an awkwardly located section of termite damaged bearer and joist which formed part of the foundation of our house in Montmorency. Alex was punctual with his visit and quickly assessed the damage and offered his expert opinion on the most effective course of action for repair. Two days later the repair was completed by Achmed and Abdul, who displayed excellent workmanship and a thorough knowledge of this type of work.
