I hate searching online and hoping you’ve found a reputable company, but we definitely found one with Don and his crew! They were wonderful to work with, and the carpets look amazingly clean. They even got out our pet spots! We also loved that there was no overpowering fragrance—just fresh, clean carpets. I highly recommend Don and his crew and would absolutely use them again!

From start to finish, Premier Carpet Cleaning was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I was very appreciative that I was able to have someone in to clean my carpets within 5 days. When Eric showed up, he was professional and obviously cared about getting the job done right. I highly recommend Premier Carpet Cleaning for anyone needing quick and excellent service.

Stop looking—Eric at Premier Carpet Cleaning is the one you want to call! After calling several carpet cleaning companies and never getting a single call back, I was honestly getting frustrated. Then I found Eric with Premier Carpet Cleaning, and from the very first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Eric was prompt, professional, courteous, and communicated every step of the way. He truly takes pride in his work, and it shows. Just look at my before-and-after photos—the transformation speaks for itself! My carpets went from looking worn and matted down to fresh, clean, and looking almost brand new. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Eric exceeded every expectation. He didn’t just clean my carpets—he restored them. If you’re looking for someone who actually answers the phone, shows up when they say they will, and delivers incredible results, Premier Carpet Cleaning is the company to call. Eric has absolutely earned this 5-star review, and I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you, Eric, for your outstanding work! You’ve gained a customer for life.

This Carpet Cleaning & Restoration family owned company is the BEST out there!! My basement flooded and the owners, Don & DJ (father & son) both came out within an hour to check out my situation. They interrupted their schedule in order to check on the severity of my situation. Upon arriving they immediately sprang into action extracting the water from my carpet and prepping my walls in order to dry them out as quickly as possible to prevent damage such as mold in my walls. They set up fans and came back daily for 5 days to check on the progress. This company goes above and beyond what one could ever expect!!! Look no further, call this company for all your carpet and restoration needs. They are truly the BEST!!! Thank You Don & DJ…So Very Much!!!

Don and his team go above and beyond. There is no one I trust more to take care of the carpet cleaning needs at our multifamily communities. We recently needed 12 apartments completed in just three days, and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Not only did they meet the deadline, but the quality of their work was outstanding. Their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. I can’t recommend Don and his team highly enough!

Eric and Pat plus El Jefe came over to take care of a mess my dog made running around the house fighting with the drone that was flying outside. In the midst of the fight, she tore her nail and she got blood everywhere But these gentlemen came over and cleaned up this huge mess! looks great so appreciative of the hard work and great service.

Had them do a whole house move out clean at our home and they did an exceptional job. I had given an estimated square footage for a cost estimate and when they came it actually ended up being 100.00 cheaper...that has never happened. Also requested a last minute rug clean and they happily accomodated. This company is very responsive and every one I talked with was nice and professional. Recommend 100%!

We just had the carpets in our apartment cleaned. And in the past we had a carpet cleaning business, did the schooling, all the things, (so I'm not the easiest person to please when it comes to cleaning carpets) and Eric just did everything right!!! He was professional, but not haughty. He listened to all my concerns and then went above and beyond to do his BEST to get in our apartment (not easy) and take care of our pet smell!! He had one of those machines that I love - not just a wand - and he did edges, raked everything immaculately, and then charged us maybe double what it would cost to rent a unit and buy chemical and still not have clean carpets!! I am SO impressed and will get the carpets cleaned by Premier- and Eric if possible - more often in the future!!

I got Don's name from my realator, she said he was the best and most fairly priced in the Billings area. I was having new furniture delivered in four day's time and really wanted my carpets cleaned before it arrived. I called Premier Carpet Cleaning & Restoration in the evening and left a message. I was called back early the next morning and scheduled within my time-frame! Not only is Premier Carpet Cleaning & Restoration a friendly company who does excellent service, their prices were VERY fair. I have already recommended Premier Carpet Cleaning & Restoration to three of my family and friends and have decided to call them once a year for a full carpet detail in my home. Thanks Don and Premier Carpet Cleaning & Restoration!

Exceptional service and great results They are fantastic to work with! Eric has come to clean both my sister's and I’s place twice, and his work is absolutely amazing. Both times, I needed it done urgently by the next day, and they went out of their way to make it happen despite their busy schedule. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and reliability!
