We just bought our first boat here and cant say enough good things. We worked with Chase as our sales rep and Jeff was our delivery captain. Chase was phenomenal to work with and never made us feel pressured and we felt we recieved a very good deal. Jeff was amazing. He took the time to explain all of the features and answered all of the questions we had as well as providing suggestions. Would absolutely recommend coming here!

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new 24’ Sylvan L3 pontoon from Premier Boating. Chase Gruver was an absolute pleasure as we worked thru the details of our order at the Grand Rapids Boat Show. His attention to detail, candid conversations and willingness to go that “extra yard” to ensure our complete satisfaction was what ultimately sealed the deal. Key point: Sylvan did not offer the specific layout we were wanting; but Chase got the Sylvan engineers involved and after 15-20 minutes they came back and confirmed that the layout could be done. Our boat was delivered today by Payton Wilkinson. He was extremely pleasant and punctual! He did an outstanding job launching the boat and going over all of its features, making sure we were completely comfortable before he left. 5 STARS doesn’t seem enough. We would HIGHLY recommend Premier Boating to EVERYONE looking to make a boat purchase. You will not find a better, family-run business anywhere and you will NOT be sorry!
