Un endroit magique avec énormément de cachet ! Le service est attentionné et les chambres sont magnifiques, très bien équipées et dotées d'un foyer qui ajoute une touche chaleureuse au séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée, comme les muffins, le panier de fruits et la carte personnalisée. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est tout simplement incroyable ! L'emplacement est également idéal, à quelques minutes à pied du kiosque d'information touristique, des boutiques et des cafés du village de Lake Louise. Le seul petit bémol concerne la tranquillité durant la nuit. Un train passe à quelques reprises et peut être très bruyant, notamment lorsqu'il klaxonne. Malgré ce détail, nous avons adoré notre séjour. C'est un établissement exceptionnel, plein de charme, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

We had a very nice stay at the Post Hotel & Spa. We had a concern about our room upon arrival, but the staff and general manager went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very charming and the property is gorgeous. Great location with easy access to everything you’ll want to do. The on-site restaurants have great food - we tried both. The Dining Room is more of a formal / fine dining experience - well worth it. Though I’d say we enjoyed the Outpost even more. The crab melt and post burger were especially good. We also enjoyed the spa. Peter and Xavier were great! I hope I get the chance to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Post Hotel and Spa! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The shuttle service to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake was a huge highlight, especially since we couldn’t secure tickets for the official shuttle. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Truly a memorable stay, and we would love to come back!

Our stay at The Post Hotel & Spa was truly the most amazing hotel experience we’ve ever had, and the perfect way to end our honeymoon. From start to finish, everything felt seamless, thoughtful, and elevated, while still maintaining the cozy, intimate atmosphere that made our stay so special. A huge part of what made our experience unforgettable was Craig, the manager. His kindness and generosity in upgrading our room and making our couples massage experience even more special went above and beyond our expectations. He is truly hospitality personified, and his genuine care for guests is a reflection of what makes this hotel so exceptional. Every detail felt effortless, warm, and intentional. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon and end our trip. We’re so grateful for the experience and would return in a heartbeat. The Post Hotel & Spa is truly something special.

On Sept 30th, we had the pleasure of enjoying our 48th Anniversary at the Post Hotel restaurant What a delight and I have to give the credit to Liam who was our awesome server. His impeccable timing and insight were just what we were looking for. We didn't want extravagance or fancy-shmancy; just a quiet classy quality meal in an idylic setting. We even enjoyed a train going by, in the distance. Our meals were vegetarian soup and potato gnochi (sp), and teriyaki salmon with rice. What I really appreciated, beside Liam's attentiveness, was the house-made sourdough bread to go with the soup. And to top it off, Liam knew that it was our anniversay and thoughfully presented us each with a glass of champagne to further the occasion. I think we'll make this a tradition of having our anniversary meal at the Post Hotel in Lake Louise.

We booked this hotel as the Fairmont at Lake Louise was fully booked and “second choice” was definitely the best choice! After staying here and visiting the Fairmont, this hotel has much more character and warmth and we would choose it again in future. The lounge areas and fireplaces were great. The room has an open fireplace and a bath and shower - we wish we’d stayed longer. The staff and service were magnificent with a special shout out to Benoir, the shuttle driver and Liam and the barista (both from Australia)in the dining room. Many other staff were great as well but I did not get their names!

The hotel needs a facelift. The room I was in had a tattered soft and was very dated with furniture and carpeting that probably date back 20 years. The service was terrible. They are obviously understaffed. We waited on a drink order from the bar for 20 minutes and then the entire order was wrong. The restaurant service was better. The wine list is excellent as was the sommelier. The pub food is ok but the ambiance and decor below average. I really can't believe they are a Relais Chateau hotel and would not recommend for the price you pay for a room.

Following previous years staying at Fairmont Lake Louise and wanting a change, we booked up Post Hotel & Spa and fell in love with this hotel from the moment we checked in - The staff at the front desk made us feel welcome and following an error with Agoda, were nothing short of amazing in helping us resolve the problem, all with a smile on their faces. Special call out to Craig and the front desk team on bending over backwards to resolve the error on Agoda's end and also the bar team who did not only provide excellent cocktails, but brought so much warmth and laughter to the space during our two nights there - highly highly recommend and would not hestitate to stay there in future!

*EDIT: We drove an extra 2 hours to purchase our own Post Bathrobes, they were so unbelievably comfortable. It’s hard to explain where to start with this beautiful hotel and fine dining experience. From the most friendly staff that treats you like family, or the breathtaking pipestone river essentially on the property, or the professional wine sommelier with the largest selection of wine you could imagine (27,000 bottles+), courtesy bell hop, private spa, pool, hot-tub, private shuttles to Louis and Moraine, fine dining with world class chef and servers to match (we had Benjamin who was a delight), the list actually goes on and on. In a world full of white and grey “modern” walls, let Post Hotel be your upkept modern yet classic real wood home style quality and service you wish for. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which I believe every suite does but the lofts also feature real wood indoor fire fits for the absolute experience. Staying in a hotel of this professional calibre atmosphere is far and few between these days. Everything is authentic, leading to this being the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Can’t wait to come back again to experience in the winter. 10/10
